Hey, guys, I'm Adam from St. Cloud, MN (1 hr NW of Minneapolis). SchruteFarms33 on XB1. I'm a 28 year-old insurance agent and I'm married with four cats, lol. Been playing video games since I got my first nintendo at age 4. Favorite games growing up were Double Dribble, Blades of Steel, NHL '94 for Genesis and Tiger Woods '98 for PC. Played hockey and golf growing up and played NCAA DII golf in college as well as ACHA hockey (goalie). Pretty close to finishing my M.S. in Sports Studies, but haven't touched my thesis in two years. When I'm not playing video games, I enjoy drinking pilsners, gambling on almost anything (especially sports betting) and playing music (mostly guitar). Really excited for the tour season to start. Look forward to seeing you all out on the course!

Guten Morgen Golfer Hi all, my name is Michael (GT Michael 081168), playing in X1. Love the game, and the challenge of the tours so far. But you´ll never see my name on top of the leaderboards it is a long way for me to compete with the tops, but I try I am from "good old" Germany and playing golf games since TW08 on old console 360. Never played in real life, some rounds of "mini-golf" with my kids So, as English is not my favourite language, this should be enough as a short introduction of myself See you all on the tourneys Michael

My wife, mother and sister are all SCSC grads. We usually get to one game at the National Hockey Center, but not this year since the MN-SCSU game was on Halloween. I live in Ham Lake about an hour south of St Could.

Hi all, my name is Marco, 39 years old and from The Netherlands. No experience on TW-games but someone did mention something about a Jack Nicklaus Nintendo game and that did ring a bell. At the time I had absolutely no clue who Jack Nicklaus was .. just liked the game. And now .. some 20 years later I see that same man every year on the Par-3 contest at The Masters.. which is great i.m.h.o. and learned about all his achievements and what he means to the game of golf. Most of my experience comes from playing fantasy online golf games like Shot Online and Golfstar, but I like the fact that both The Golf Club and TGC Tours are trying to keep it as real as possible. No boosts or power ups, just you, your clubs, wind and every other factor you can think of that has impact on your game; including nerves I'm looking forward to having a go at the Q-school and I feel that if I can keep it together I will have a shot at qualifying for either big tour. My game was already decent enough from tee to green and lately putts are starting to drop as well so I manage to get better scores in. Anyway ... looking forward to meeting you all in our own fantasy world of golf.

Hi folks, Matt here. I'm from the Midlands in the UK, 32 years young. Not a real life golfer but been playing golf games since the original PGA Tour Golf on the Megadrive/Genesis. Never managed to play any of the Links games though. I've seen videos of it/them and would say that I missed out big time. Kind of why I jumped on TGC right at the start of early access. Played through all the Tiger games on PS3, and recognise a lot of names on TGC from these.
Really been enjoying The Golf Club so far, just wish I could create such awesome courses as some of these guys can. This game, it's honestly like a breath of fresh air after 5 years of Tiger/EA. Was playing on Steam since April, then made the switch to PS4 on release. My PC is ok, but not great, and I can't currently use it on my main TV without a load of hassle and lounge re-arranging, so the choice was obvious really.
Hats off to the guys here also, for creating this amazing site and community to compliment the game. Q School and the tour season is going to be amazing. Hopefully I'll get to play with/against a few of you guys.
