what do I do ?

Hi all,
I'm playing the latest tournament on the CC-L tour and I'm at a par three on the back 9.
My tee shot hits a rock beside the green and goes into the water, the drop logo comes up but only allows me to go backwards which just takes me further out to sea !!!
How or where can I drop to continue my round?

There should be a button that lets you retake your tee shot. Right bumper I think on Xbox.

Yeah, R1 I think it is on PS that puts it back where the original shot was played from.
