In response to the concerns of many who felt they could not play in the event hosted at G.C. of Pennsylvania due to the darkness of the lighting, the designer of the course has graciously published a version that is much brighter. If you would like to give it a try, please look for The G.C. of Pennsylvania (Web.com).
As of this posting, around 7am US Central time, there is just under 16 hours left to register for this event. I will also personally reach out to some who have already expressed that they could not see well on the original course.
Please note: no other changes have been made to this course, just the lighting.

The tour version is also on the PS4 tournament, I assumed that was correct. Can anyone confirm how it's been setup on PC?

My response - tgctours.proboards.com/post/39464Looks like we published two versions - PC got the lighter one and XB1 and PS4 got the darker one. I know that the lighting is the only thing that was changed (identical pins/course) and we have confirmed the wind is the same on both courses. At this point, I'm inclined to leave it as is since creating duplicate events (naming will have to be exact same) would cause more confusion than an increase in lighting is worth, in my opinion. For those of you on the Web that disagree, please PM me and I'll reconsider. This was my fault for not alerting Tim R. (who does console events). If the lighting is enough of an issue that you guys want a duplicate event created (will be named exact same) then I will make it. Again, no features on the course were changed and the winds are the same - so it'll just be a lighting change.

Is there anyway I can tell if I am registered? I really hope I didn't mess the registration up. I don't want to miss the tournament

Already played my 4 rounds on PS4. Awful. Too dark, hated the greens and the graphics were so jerky it was almost epileptic. This week sucked.

This was a tough mixup in only my second event. The tour version seemed a lot faster than the web version I practiced on, but that could have all been in my mind. I stunk it up from the beginning so it didn't really matter. 17 mph round two winds were crazy.

Hi Doyley I've already played my four rounds on the original darker course can I input them into the scorecard not that I will be breaking any records

Apologies to those effected but it will cause more issues than it's worth at this point.

So we're playing the 'Dark' Version then on Xbone? (Not worried at all, I liked both versions - has a very Manicured 'PGA' feel to it IMO, and isn't that many minor touches from being a REALLY good course)

Can't you just adjust the settings on your monitor or tv if its to dark? Should be an easy fix.
