I have to admit I don't play official courses much but this one is very good, pins played great at 146 also. I do like a course where par is a good score and I really had to grind for this 70 which I feel is a pretty good score here. Agreed Paul. This is a really nice official course. I went -2. Really enjoyed it. The leaders Tuffguts and booze are on -3. This course with these pins it's really fair challenge with realistic pin placements and how refreshing is it to see the leaderboard leaders on these numbers to par as we have some top players here. Burned the left edge of the cup on 18 to tie with longpole and yourself and tied with horus on -1, not often I get close to you guys so really happy with my round.

Hey, can anyone player here or invite only society? This society is for everyone (all skill levels) that's why we have scratch and handicap competitions, it's not private so give it a try and welcome to the society.

Cheers just played Wilmington, always liked the true sim test, with this being cross play do I have to submit scorecard or literally just play my round in the time frame

What platform are you on?

What platform are you on? cool sounds good, I am on PS5 but not very good at true sim Takes a bit of getting used to and Wilmington is a tough course to start on ultra sim. Good to have a PS member on board, after 4 rounds you'll get a TAN handicap so play well any week and you have a good chance of winning.

TAN-90
We are closing in on the end of season 2023 with Weltybeast holding on for dear life at the top and InfamousEddieC in his shadow trying to overtake! Puffypops , colly45 and Harveydog trying with one last powerboost to make the Big Jump too! We shall see... Meanwhile, we have a first time winner on TAN 90 @ Chattanooga Muni, a delightful design by Craig LeVasseur ('theclv24'), with ChipsforAces , just in TAN a few weeks and carding his first handicapped score with a net 63 7 under par to pick up the winners check of 1.000 points! Congratulations indeed! What a way to make your mark in the closing stages of this season! Closely following are old TAN hands Horusphoenix and Demonondalinks sharing second place with (very) strong net 65's. Chattanooga Muni offers plenty of scoring opportunities but you still have to get out there and take them. Only the very best of the best will try to go even further and so we see a VERY RARE sub-60 gross score on top of the scratch board with Horusphoenix this week, bringing it in with a sublime 59! Fantastic result and adding the 4th 59 in TAN history! (Horusphoenix holds the all-time record in TAN for the lowest round ever made with a 58 on Furness Old Links .) All in all the 2024 season will be noteworthy to see what's in store in the 'scratch dept'. Results @ Chattanooga Muni: Non hcp players gross scores:
ElectableMule6: 84 (+14)**** After 4**** tournaments you will receive your TAN handicap and also be included on the handicapped leaderboards. NEXT: TAN-91: @ Wilmington South

Should be a cracking season when it kicks off in February. Just a quick note before it starts to say thanks for the job you guys do and effort you put in with the tables, handicaps and writeups. From experience it’s tough to keep up the motivation for all that side but you do an awesome job there and it makes this a great place to play. Here’s hoping we can entice some more in to get their handicap before the kick off and give this a try. 👍
