Dear TST enthusiasts,
Time to play some proper SIM golf instead of that slow, weird-looking EA stuff...
This week, like the IRL PGA Tour, we play TPC Louisiana, one of HB's best official courses.
Bit of wind early on, but calmer conditions after that - greens are challenging but not silly.
Should be a nice week for some sim golf!

I went crazy last night and played over 10 official rounds of TGC and different societies.
Must of been jonesing from playing 42 hours of EA over the last two weeks.
I pushed it too far when I played round three of True Sim.
That was my last round of the evening as I literally slowed 80% of my shots.
Probably should have quit mid round.
Anyways, nowhere near as good as Frans but my scores never are...
Round One (-7)
Round Two (-6)
Round Three (-1)
(-14) going into the Final Countdown which shall be finished at a later date.

Finished round 4 with better tempo but a few slows here and there.
Hole 11 gutted me.
I hit the green in two with a 45 some odd foot putt that I didn't want to blast.
Played it like Alice and left it about 9 feet short.
Missed the Birde, Par, and Bogey Putt after that.
Tapped in for a crowd pleasing 7 for double bogey.
Nice, Real Nice.
Hit an amazing (lucky) second shot on 18 but missed the 5-foot Eagle Putt.
Still managed a 4 under par.
(-18) under par for the tournament.
All my rivals will beat that score, but the pressure is on them as I'm getting drunk at the 19th green.

Checked the FedEx standings because the course advertises it somewhere out there. 25th this season, top guy with no top 10s to his name. That's pretty cool, don't have to be super good, just... play all events and be somewhere there. That works too, I suppose. Anyway...
-7 in round 1. 7.3 feet the longest putt, had a 2 foot eagle putt on hole 2 for second week in a row where a TST alby was teased for me. 15th hole killed my bid for bogey free round after all the scrambling I had to do.
-2 in round 2. Only scored on hole 2 out of the front 9, back nine saw more scoring but also a total disconnect between the head and thumb swinging the stick for way too many bad misses and 2 bogeys. 6.0 foot longest putt.
-9 thru 2 rounds, while longest made putt is nowhere near 10 feet. Close but not quite there on a few. Better start than last week, if I didn't totally disconnect between my head and the thumb I might actually be even better here.
