I had it, it was there, was 5 shots back of @pen Knight and managed to crawl my way back. Tied with 4 holes to go and then the wheels fell off on the par 5 a hole that should have been an easy bird. This one is yours Mr. Knight................. Warning this Video contains explicit language............

Pretty sure I saw both of you in my rear view on the final leaderboard. Who are you again? Ketchup or Relish. I always forget.

We've had 3 straight all-time classic old fashioned courses - for me, it's been my favorite 3-course stretch this season. Fox Chapel was the famous architect Seth Raynor with Charles Banks, last week was the famous Alister MacKenzie and now we have another Raynor so lots of template holes which I'm into.
I love the courses but my swing has been off lately so I struggled 3 out of 4 rounds last week. This week round 1 was a smooth 66, then I lost my tempo and was sloppy for a 74, then still sloppy in round 3 but bounced back on the back 9 for a 69. I usually finish middle of the pack which where I'm at this week. Hopefully the final round I get it together.

Hell of a lot more like it on the weekend: -7, -3 in 3 & 4 to finish -12 and just outside top 25 this week. For what it's worth, the fight back felt great and not a lot of complaints about my play.
Highlights include 2 drivers off the deck on par 5s in round 3 leading to eagles, second of them to a couple feet from alby. My round 3 was also tied for best on PC at -7, surprisingly. Round 4 had probably one of my better chips in the game, for someone who doesn't usually make anything from outside 10 yards it felt great to put one in from 20+. I did have a few goofs during the round (hands up, my fault) but eh. No 3 putts this week, for how much of a blur the first 2 rounds were to me I could have sworn that was a fake stat but I guess not.
Still leads to double demos (I think) because of a very poor start (had two of the worst rounds in 1 & 2 in the top flight) and thus now any week from here could be my last on the top again, but man it felt nice to try and chase down the pack! Feels like after a little time off and self reflecting while letting the head come back, I'm ready to tackle next week with all I got again.
PS. wonder if our friendly scheduler will go a bit easier on us here, seeing what's been happening elsewhere this week... congrats champ!
Cheers, good luck next week!

Even if you get demoted down to Palmer you will just beat up on us for a couple of weeks and back to the Golden Bears you go!

Can I just check something please? If someone wins a flight, do they get automatically promoted, even if they’re utterly crap at the game and are currently sitting on a truck-load of demo marks? So after R3 I was sitting in 2nd place in Palmer, a mere 2 shots behind the leader. Ready to make the push for the win. And then... Le Grand Choke Putter went stone cold on the front nine in R4, and the only birdie was on the par 5 ninth And then the brain went stone cold on the back nine, to finish +4 and way down the field in the middle of the pack My longest putt holed in R4 was 6.0ft...
