Total Swing Control

I break down the swing into 3 sections, backswing, downswing, followthrough. I can choose to not use one of these at any time. This is called "total swing control". This is how I understand the swing mechanism.

There are six different kinds of swings;
1. No backswing
2. No downswing
3. No followthrough
4. No tempo
5. No swing plane
6. Normal swing
