It’s that time of season again where I look to replace inactive rangers with new ones.
The quick summary of the job is that you will be playtesting the courses that the schedulers are considering to use on the Tour. Mostly you’ll be looking for any unfair hole locations, lag, or anything else funky you notice that might cause issues or complaints if the course gets used.
Skill level is irrelevant to this job, so don’t be worried if you think you’re not good enough to do this. What you score in a round has no affect on your ability to properly ranger a course. Anyone is welcome.
This is a great and easy way to help out behind the scenes with the every day running of the Tour. There is no minimum requirement needed from you. Whenever you have some free time and want to play a round that help is appreciated. It could be one course a day, one a week, or even one a month. If you’re willing and able to help we’re happy to have you.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. If you’re interested either post here or message me directly. I will then send you a separate message which will give the full details of what a ranger does. Once you read that then you can officially decide if you want to join the ranger team or not.
