Sign up here for the World Cup of Design 2023!
N.B. You may have a message with an automatic entry invitation based on previous contest finishes. If so, just respond to that.
If not, sign ups are now open - just post below post 3 (ignore Kenyon). Have at it.

Ok, a more comprehensive update and rationale. - WCoD will retain an invitation format for designers who placed high in previous contests in the past two seasons, with more invites going out to those placing high in Season 8 contests than those in Season 7. There are also a few special wildcards for design legends who may not have participated in contests recently. I have messaged those designers; they have until the end of the sign-up window to confirm their acceptance of that invite.
- If you have not received an invite and are interested, please sign up below as per normal. Sign ups close on 18th at 9pm GMT.
- After that, I will work out how many invites have been taken up. I'll be sending about 20 in total and expect a number not to opt in.
- From there I will order the remaining signups by database entries (number of Tour Worthy courses) to get a field of 32.
- There will be (hopefully) around 5 alternates.
- Once I confirm signups (by 20th latest), you may start designing and I will seed for groups
- Wheel of Death!
Sign ups are now open - just post below. Have at it.

Sure - I didn't want to go above 25 otherwise that limits the at large pool. As is, I doubt all the invitees (maybe even most of) will take up on it. Criteria were: - Big two (i.e. selective) contests from last year: Dream Team top ten (nobody knows this bar me as we never released judges' rankings ) and World Cup - QF and better - Next two contests (CC and National Treasure): top three - Previous year: top five from Dream Team/World Cup, or winners of CC / National Treasure. Odds are that good, established designers will get in via the at large pool anyway, so I wouldn't sweat it too much. However, one perk of getting deep in competitions, particularly those 'big two' which attract the best fields, will always be that you earn your spot in WC.
