I was reminded quickly why you can't use full swings.

I was not trying to use the old swing here, I was taking a full swing. I shot +15 in BoB today because of this problem ONLY. If this didn't happen I would have shot even or under par. Sometimes your thumb will do the reverse and stick to the controller stick and cause a chunk that way. As usual there is a weird thing where it is easier to play with TGC settings out of competition than in the tourneys. I've been averaging +2 per 18 in practice. This was the 1st time I have ever tried using a full swing in competition though.

From total disaster on week one with the new swing to Even at the cut week two, I finished +6. I went down to minus -6 in round 3 and then put up a +12 in 4 holes on the back nine of round 4, I lost all feeling in my hands from having a death grip on the controller. I still have problems with too much spin on putts causing them to not grip into the hole and sometimes not getting extension on my backswing.

I prefer not to make a divot with the putter that way i get less spin
