Brand new to PGA 2K23 about 2 weeks. Spent most of the time mapping clubs, learning the navigation, and "Difficulty" settings. Played my first 9 hole round as Pro AM at Torrey Pines -3.
I'd like to gain some insight into Societies and what factors to consider. I'm aware of pages and pages of choices with the first few being the more popular? There's a great deal of general information, bottom menu bar, message board, etc.
One of the more important considerations would be how active are the message boards and are they of value?
~ Thanks ~

RD, first you have to see what swing type a society permits, and diff. level. I have found the message boards on them to be basically unhelpful. Might be tougher to find many pro am levels, you should try to get up to pro at least.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I'll be moving up into pro. Need to get a better feel for reading putting breaks, I'm close, but that still results in par :-) Also, the putting meter?
