Sorry for the slight delay. I've never heard of the designer so we'll just call him an "up-and-comer". Old Wickham Heath by b101 will host this year's Mauritius Open. The course is rooted through forested ravines, starting out a little flatter and bringing you to a more rugged area of the property and back again. Visually this place is something. There's heather, bridges, bearded bunkers, wooden fences that aren't unnecessary, and a rock wall that is (really, you should see this thing, it's cute) You'll find the course to be a good challenge from tee to green. There's plenty of camber and angles to consider when attacking this course so keep your brain on. Good luck this week!

Didn’t work … brain went off and I’ll collect 37 red thingies. 37!!! Wow! I Just dropped too many shots and had a total meltdown in R3 - was +5 after 3.... ended up -17 overall after being -12 after R2. Liked the course, but the 186's were a little skatey. Playable, but you couldn't put a foot wrong in those rounds. Mr. Hernandez in fine form. 9 shots clear of Sloaner after 2, so -29, with longest putt made @14.5ft Christ alive. I really don't know how that's possible in the VF / VF rounds.

I'm leading after 2 rounds!!! In pars.
I'm getting a red mark or two if you want to use score.

1 of 7 to bogey the first hole of the tournament. Off to a great start. Felt like I was struggling so when I popped open the leaderboard with 9 holes to go in R2 I was surprised to see I was on the cutline. Looks like I should get in on the number or thereabouts - the last 2 rounds were a battle but at this point, I'm getting paid (hopefully!).
Nice to know you don't have to be perfect to make cuts on this tour - scoreboard watching is fun as there are a few out there shooting 70's and 50's back to back. Wild west!

I must say after humming and ha-ing about the gameplay on fast firm greens with default ball I actually really enjoyed this week's setup. The physics are a little ott in terms of realism with the default ball on these conditions but it's a reasonably fair way to keep scoring grounded(ish) and give good players something to think about when playing. You can't autopilot or you'll end up with a double or worse very quickly if you miss in the wrong spot. -32 for me, felt like I could've gone lower but we always do, don't we play well guys

I picked a bad week to upgrade to a PS5! Thought it would be easy, not so. Back to the practice range.

New PB of a driving accuracy in the 40% range. Tempo has been broken since the latest patch. Can't up and down a default ball from the high side of a hole (doesn't stop lol) so get doubled punished every time my swing hits the corner of my TV screen.

I picked a bad week to upgrade to a PS5! Thought it would be easy, not so. Back to the practice range. I find the PS5 great to play on visually and for the upgrade to not play like it's underwater with the slow 30 Hz swing on PS4. In the end, though, I prefered how the DS4 played over the DualSense from a gameplay perspective.

Currently in the top 15 with 5 bogeys in my first 3 rounds, quite like it this way.
A bogey in 2K21 was typically tournament over!

Wasn't all bad this week... I quite enjoyed this... Shame there wasn't too much more of it!

Sitting pretty at -7 through 10 in round one and some really bad course management on the back nine, specifically that one par 5 left me with a double, add another bogey and I left with a -6.
Played decent in round 2 to get to -16 heading into the weekend.
