Hey all,
I was an avid 2k21 player both in Societies and here at TGCT. I play on a desktop PC with an xbox controller. I pre ordered 2k23 and have been playing often, first at pro then at Master for several weeks now.
I've read all the pros/cons and watched all the leading videos (karackes, respawn and severl others) regarding calibration, finally settling on it not being as risky on a fast pc.
My issue is several weeks back the calibration system started giving me my 3w vs Driver to calibrate with. I carry a full bag D,3W, 3-pw and three wedges??? Is anyone else seeing this? I know for sure my first several calibrations were with driver. Its odd but I just wonder what is up with my game. I am at level 50, skills in place and several fittings on each club.
Any experience or thoughts? Thx very much

I don't know for sure but I would have thought the swing timing/tempo whatever you want to call it should be the same for all clubs on a full swing type shot, so it shouldn't really make any difference what club is used for calibration.
I didn't bother worrying about it when I calibrated my swing timing, when I first got the game I didn't do it straight away and found my natural tempo was hitting everything fast, so I just went and did calibration with an intentionally fast tempo. I don't hit perfect a hell of a lot but the misses are usually pretty close.

My game is broken if all other users are handed a driver on the calibration tee and I am handed a 3w with no ability to change clubs. I didn't mean to imply it effected my calibration, only that it is odd and was not like that before (say three weeks ago) so was curious if there was a setting or a fitting or some other influencing reason why I can no longer hit driver in calibration.

I've only been able to use 3 W since launch

Yeah no idea. Every time I've done it it's just been the 3 wood. All good, some of the earlier posts seemed to imply that or maybe I just read them wrong.
