Tough, challenging, fun course this week - much respect to the leaders sitting around -30 after three rounds! Really impressive considering it's a par 69 course.
Overall, ended up pretty happy with my performance: +3, +4, -4, +1 for a +4 total. Had an eagle on hole 17 in round 4, so that was a nice way to close.
Looking forward to the next!

First off what a lovely course 👏👏.Thank you for your time and effort creating this course paddyjk19.Just shows that a short course can be as much a challenge as the longer courses. Had my worse four round score ever on True Sim. Having a diarrhoea run at the moment, but still enjoying the challenge. Just maybe I will finish under par next week 😀. Goodluck everyone.

Finished up with a -6 for -21 total.
Three thoughts: 1) what a course!!! 2) would like another go at round 1 3) give me a shovel and 10 minutes alone with the fifteenth green

Don't want to labour the point but that's my favourite course ever on TST. And I thought Helsinki GC would never be beaten. Seriously awesome job Paddy.

Well then. Another week done. -2/-3/-5/-8 111 putts. 40% fairways. 72% greens. Golf. Those first 2 rounds might have made me the most frustrated I’ve been in this tour. Nothing was dropping. The last 2 rounds have launched me into the top 15 (for now) Unreal.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for all the kind words about the course this week.
West Hill has always been one of my favourite tracks IRL but because it’s little known worldwide you often wonder if you’re imagining its quality or whether others will appreciate it as much as you do.
Over the span of 3 games I’ve probably spent near 300 hours in the designer to continually improve it and make a good representation .
Whilst I was delighted that Frans picked the course for TST I was also a bit apprehensive of how it would be received as a selection and if it would hold up to some of the great players who play TST.
It’s been so nice to have such great feedback on my work and it encourages me to keep going when RCR work can be an absolute grind.
I’m really pleased the vast majority of you enjoyed something a little different in a golden oldie this week and thank you for not shooting 49!

Well, got the carpet taken right from underneath me. Figures! -3 in round 3. Not too bad I suppose. Could I have possibly been able to hold off this tough week with reasonable success? Answer is no. +2 to wrap up the week, case of the slows on tempo. Too relaxed, I need a more aggressive swing to get results that I want and didn't do it. Mistake after mistake because of it, some of utter stupidity too. I did somehow manage to land a foot downhiller from 21 feet or so on hole 10, which took at least 3 turns and looked like a snake going in. How can I manage to pull that off, and yet hesitate and struggle with shorter ones, I have no idea why. Maybe I just throw the brain out for seemingly impossible stuff, and I let instinct take over? Finished -8. Bummer way of finishing the week but meh. Hung on as well as I did, not quite to be all the way through. Going from bit of a disaster in mediocrity last week to doing... quite fine this week, can't say that I'm not an entertaining figure on the virtual courses since you have no idea what you get every week! Although I wish I had some semblance of consistency but if I did, I'd probably not be as high as I wished to be so I suppose I take what I can get. Can't be stressed enough that I enjoyed this week for what it was. My playing might have gone downhill but the enjoyment of this course did not. Cheers, and best of luck.

Yeah this course is a rare one where I feel like I never unlocked the mystery for four rounds. It's mind boggling how it's so short yet effective. My brain is exhausted - 71, 67, 69, 73 -(+4) total. I'm pretty good with strategy and I don't mind playing conservatively but it didn't seem to matter what I did.
3rd round only 1 birdie (44 foot putt) and 1 bogey and 4 of the pars felt like birdies. Final round my brain was fried from West Hill - double bogeys on 1 and 6 but managed a 66 yard hole out for eagle on the back half but only had one other birdie - a 21foot putt. I'm gonna come back here at some point later in the season when I have all the fittings and more experience with 2k23 to see if I can play it better. But definitely a memorable course.

This is the single similarity between my PC and IRL golf performances. 😄 Oh for sure! I’m at my best after two to three pints. I’m ashamed to say I even tried it at a tournament once I was that convinced, sat in my car and had two beers before teeing off. Shot +5, never tried it again 🤣

Round 3 was just hitting those putts slightly too softly but grinded to 2 under for the round after 17. Hole 18 nice drive but big pull to the left on the approach. 20 yard chip hit perfectly to 4 foot, then managed to 3 putt from there for a disappointing 69. Just need to take a bit more time on short putts, as the putting in this game feels so much more realistic to me and tougher from under 10 foot than 2K21. The amount of gridless 100% medium putts (5-10ft) on 2k21 I had felt like I was some kind of super putter compared to real life pros, loving the challenge of putting we have now, so much more realistic. Round 2 the struggle continued for the front 9 and was 1 over for those holes. The putter started to get hot and holed some good birdie putts, 4 under on the back 9 with 5 birdies and a bogey for a 66 and a 9 under total to tie paddyjk19 . Really enjoyed TST this week and hats off to the admin for a perfect setup to this great course, will be trying my hardest next week to qualify for the highest flight.

First time I finished all four of my rounds, even though I wasn't scoring much better. I think that's a testament to the quality and challenge of this course. Great job, paddy.
