Pretty up and down event for me, mostly due to my putting. Go on a hot streak of making a ton of putts, then get cold and leave them or miss them by inches. Same thing as 21 so no surprise to me lol, just one of my biggest weaknesses is reading and hitting putts. Hope to be able A) make the cut and B) get some positive marks.

I had an ok R1 and then lost the plot R2. Not sure if I will make the cut. Speaking of which…. Where is the projected cut line? Normally visible by now iirc

Guess I spoke too soon and was too hard on myself lol. Currently T6 with a final round 68 looming. Would love to finish in the top 10 but I think that final round will end up bouncing me out.

Played smart and well the first 3 rounds then the fourth round happened.

Shot a surprising -10, with 6 birdies and an eagle on the front 9. Unfortunately my Putter went cold on the back 9, but still very happy finishing R1 10 under.
I've been practicing the course over the last few day from the black tees, so I found the course a lot easier playing the Society round from the White tees.

Just Arrived from G , don't think I'll be here that long. -2 in Rd 1 followed by +7 for Rd 2 which will be a missed cut with at least a demo mark. Even for Rd 3 and saved the best to last with -6 for Rd 4.

Dirtbags are coming back!
We are gauging interest to see if anyone wants additional (team) competition with no extra rounds necessary each week as we play the CC schedule. We will divide into teams of 4 players. It is a lot of fun.
We do ask for a season long committment.
If interested, please leave your name as it appears on the TGCT leaderboards, the system you play on, the division you currently play in and your gamertag.
Post in the Dirtbag NEW thread if interested. Any questions can be answered there.
I hope we can get 6 teams of 4 players.

Just got promoted the H from I, rather surprised but I guess 3 greenies and you get yanked up.
Still scoring at the previous level in the first round, -4 and the cut was looking dicey. Round 2 got on a couple of hot chirp runs of 5 that offset an early Humph nicely, -9.
-13 at the cut, should be ok?
Onward!

+ 2 after round one due to an awful driving day and no putts would drop for me(57% fairways hit and only 4 birdies after having 9/10 birdie chances) Need at least -8 for round two, need things to go my way.

-2 after one, leaving me with a task to make the cut. I find I need to play at least one round a day casually to stay in shape. Otherwise I can't get a perfect swing for the life of me.

So unfortunately after a second round 64(-6), I will be missing the cut. If only I did better in round 1
