Plenty on PC too, folks are good I don’t think they’re really all that good, some sure, but they just have it easier obviously. It’s nothing new though, last three games PS has been easiest and Xbox has been hardest. The tours are flighted so everyone will find their level. Not sure what else there is to debate on that subject, it’s been talked to death

Damn this is a really disappointing realization for me. I've been playing within TGCTours for the past few years, and I might have to step away now. I'm not good at this game but I've always had fun. I've always hung around the bottom of the CC in the past two games. The decision to play on Masters for CC in this game is a real killer, I get it though. Masters just is too difficult for me, and it is not fun. I know, I know, "Get Good" but I've been playing these games for years and I know I'm not going to be able to get good enough to where Masters is fun or where I'm even competitive in the lower CC groups. On Masters a par is like a birdie for me, It's a battle to bogey with the master swing timing and bad swing penalties. 2 of my real-life friends who also play are also in the same boat and are too discouraged to even try. I started my qualifying round and after being more than 10 over with holes to play I realized the frustration is not worth it. I just can't play at at the master level, its not fun. Good luck to everyone! KEG Farm is a challenging course, you’ll see much easier on CC with slower greens

The part that I can't get a grasp on and struggle so much with is full shot swing timing on masters swing difficulty. I'm either very fast or very slow and the harsh penalty of shanks or tops from the tee/fairway is just too much for me.

Have you tried Rythm archetype with legendary timing fittings? Is your controller old? Have you tried extreme calibrations? VF or VS Have you practised tempo using a metronome to encourage same tempo each time?

Stuck approaches and converted on 17 & 18 to hustle back to even par for Rnd 1 (PS4, lvl 29, default ball) 84% FIR, hope I can keep it up.
Had one green that I thought 'overreacted' on a good pitch, but otherwise a great setup to start out the event.
I'll have to just get soaked in the rain round, haven't bought appropriate gear, lol.

Have you tried extreme calibrations? VF or VS what are these, how do you perform them, do they make a difference

Good luck to everyone! Play for a while, find what archetype & fittings help, and then maybe come back.
It will get easier to score, even if your skills don't actually improve.
Just finally getting my skill tree to some 'always active' ones has shaved 3 or 4 strokes off my rounds

Caddy I totally agree with everything you said. Like you I played 2k21 on the CCL tour but at least I thought I was making progress. I honestly feel that 2K23 is a big disappointment. I'm gonna try the qualifying event but feel sure I'll be returning to 2K21 and will just play career mode, shame cos I really enjoyed being a part of TGC TOurs Ken

As a lower end CC'er I was happy to be -17 and nearing the end of round 4. Default ball all the way through.
Then I Ernie Els'ed the hell out of 15 (i think it was) never recovered from the triple.
-14 should be good for a CCL...or is there anything lower? lol
I'll gladly not get my card and have a reroll next week. lol

Have you tried extreme calibrations? VF or VS what are these, how do you perform them, do they make a difference It’s doing 10 Vf swings or 10 VS swings to push calibration to one extreme to see if either suits your swing more
