This just went live with the latest patch - if you are going to participate at TGC Tours you will need to switch on the 3rd-Party Data Access option that was just added to the Social menu. If you do not make this change your scores will not be pulled.
Profile Menu > Social > 3rd-Party Data Access > set to ON  Full tutorial on how to enable 3rd-Party Data Access: tgctours.com/Home/Optin |

I signed on and let it sit there for a few minutes and now it is finally downloading an update. I guess I gotta be patient. |

Doyley , are you aware of what third parties we would be allowing them to share our data with beyond you guys by any chance? I had an issue last month where 2k leaked my data online and it was put up for sale. Received an email apology from them etc etc. Really annoying but I wouldn't be thrilled giving them access without knowing who exactly would be gaining access. I know it's absolutely nothing to do with you guys but just on the off chance you know because I don't see it in the patch notes or in -game. Cheers!

Is this confirmation that TGCT staff is now seeing API data from rounds played within the TGCT Societies? |

Cecil Harvey We have had the data from the day after release but it didn't have any gamertags associated with it so it was not usable. Toggling this option in the game will allow the gamertags to be added to the data...about an hour after the toggle is completed, we are told. But, we haven't tested that and so far we still have no gamertags.

No, it doesn't and we're not expecting any changes to the data. A game change to societies is the better solution and although we have no information on whether that will happen, it is probably more likely than the API data changing.

I just noticed when I play on the TGC Tours societies I notice my in-game scoreboard does not show everyones name. You will see their score but the name is blank. And some will have their name and score like normal.
So those golfers with no name need to turn that switch on? Or is that a glitch?

I'm going to go with glitch on that, zooby97. I have occasionally seen a missing name but it doesn't seem related to the 3rd party services toggle. |

I can't find this on PS5. [b I’ll guide ya AFTER You open game up Just hit your tiny button next to the triangle button You come to a settings page: Scroll down to SOCIAL Then scroll down to 3rd party data access button…..Turn ON And that’s it, very simple. |
