I've read message on website and I'm interested. Used to play live games on 21 but not yet on 23. I thought there was an issue with playing friends live but possibly not. Believe the issue is playing within a society, standard local match should be ok. Same as you though Darren, haven't personally tested either in 23.

Going to be a struggle to get this event played. Will see if I can squeeze it in but with it being a 2 rounder then I doubt it.

The hope is to get your match played over the course of a week or two. And with teams of 12 if people can play one week and not another we can sub people in. Hopefully will be a good time and we can get most everyone to participate.

Hopefully will be a good time and we can get most everyone to participate. In another society we had a Ryder Cup tourney and it was all week. We had all week to play our rounds but we had to get Day and Day 2 completed by Wed and then the rest, matchplay for Thursday-Sat. It worked well…

Hope everyone is doing well in our championship this week! Figure I would make this announcement so you know what to expect after this weeks Major. So there isn't a break in fun events after the season, right after season 1 concludes we will be moving into our Member Appreciation tournament. Its a way to say thanks to our members who are also designers by getting their courses on our schedule. To also have a little fun with it we have established a double elimination NET scoring bracket. Here is how it breaks out. Each event is a 4 day event to allow for appropriate time to play. People who received seeds.People who have played an event in the 2nd half of the season from weeks 6-9. How NET handicap was set.Over the 2nd half of the season how each player did vs the field average was the number used for someone’s NET adjustment. I know this isn’t a perfect system but its all just for fun before season 2 begins in February. Tiebreakers. If 2 players tie then the better gross score on the hardest hole will win the match. If the scores are tied we continue to move backwards on a comparison from hardest hole to easiest until a winner is declared. If 2 players turn in identical scorecards the higher seed advances. If neither player is able to play the event the person who played in the most events in the 2nd half of season 1 will advance. If they played in the same amount of events the higher seed wins. Schedule. Each event will be 4 days long. Event #1 (Kodiak Island – Seaside). 1st round Event #2 (Fives Leaves Left) – Winner bracket 2nd round. Consolation bracket 1st Round. Event #3 (Rosie’s Highland Park) – 2 round event. Round 1 – Winners bracket 3rd round. Consolation bracket 2nd Round. Round 2 – Consolation bracket 3rd Round. Event #4 (Amohalk Springs) Round 1 – Winners bracket 4th round. Consolation bracket 4th Round Round 2 – Consolation bracket 5th Round. Event #5 (Squirrel Hollow) Round 1 – Winners bracket Semi Finals. Consolation bracket 6th round. Round 2 – Consolation bracket 7th and 8th rounds. Event #6 (Kodiak Island – Champions) Round 1 – Championship Match Round 2 – Championship Final if loser of R1 suffers 1st loss. Here is a copy of the bracket as we start. The pairings are also available on the website. Note - #3 Seed Pedro has a net adjustment of (-4)
