Is it just me and when the approach shot comes to the green the trejectory seems a little low likes its coming in flat. Any thoughts anybody?

Honestly I can't do this any more you guys are a different breed. So basically what you are saying is it's not the devs fault at all it's us that's the problem because we keep buying sh*t and expect it to get polished, well you cant polish a turd. A quick question to you guys, especially Xboxers. I'm having an occasional issue which I will call the yips. After playing for a while, all of a sudden the take away on all shots including putts, starts playing up. By playing up I mean, sometimes you won't get a backswing at all and then you get a backswing, but then no forward swing. Really frustrating, especially when trying to putt. I tried what I used to do when the fast reds started on 2K21 and quit the game and relaunched it. This worked every time so far. As soon as you started playing again it was fine, but 2 hours later I had the same issue. Hopefully it will be fixed asap as I don't want to have to be rebooting the game every couple of hours 😫. Would appreciate anyone else having the same issue letting me know. Cheers Ross.

Hi Yes i have noticed this too, i tend to find myself shuffeling forward in my chair trying to push it forward and getting my face more or less into the screen, poinless i know but its just the urge to get the ball to land further, my missus walked in, she thought i was having a fit in the chair!!!. Its just that we used to have a higher ball flight angle, now it seems it is going to fall short.......... then it rolls to the back of the green!.

My theory is the ball flight changed/is lower but they didn't adjust the camera angle (or not as much) so it feels much lower than it is since camera angle is on the higher settings from 2k21. When I watch ball flights from the ground of other players it looks great.

I haven’t got the game but always watch the ball flight from the golfers perspective close camera. Does the golfer stay in view still or does the camera now lift to follow the ball..?

That is now missing, well as far as the series X which i have, I used to like the view in 2k21 from behind the tee and golfer teeing off, you could see with the ball trail of youe opponent, you then couls see whether it was a good shot or not. Ive also noticed that when you do a replay on 23 all you get is the golfers face then a worms eye view of the putt you have made, its not worth recording it.

If you watch it from behind the golfer the camera doesn't move, I did that on a couple of shots but I couldn't even see the ball so not much use to me.

If you turn off follow cam, you can change the camera after the shot is taking using the d pad. I tend to watch from behind the golfer after the shot is taken then hit I think the up button on the d pad to switch to a follow view.

I usually toggle to the more distant reverse angle camera when the ball is about to land. I love watching the shot from my golfer's perspective for as long as I can see the ball. I use the shot trails for tee shots only. I wish they had a full on, 180 degree reverse angle camera option you could toggle to, but I'll settle for the one now that seems to average a 120 degree reverse angle.

I would say at times they may be doing server work, maybe in short spurts which may make the game go outta whack for a few minutes. I don't want any hate but I feel there may be long downtimes this weekend. Say, a 30% chance. With all the troubles so far like the game crashing after a live match and your issues it may be inevitable as it goes from (and this is a guess) 50,000 players up to a million or so. It could be inevitable. Fingers crossed it won't happen.
