Dear TST enthusiasts, Here we are; the final week of the season and the one that decides who will be our TST Tour Champion! Top 30 in the FedEX points standings after week 47 will battle for this title and skoader will let us know who has qualified - and who gets how many bonus strokes to start this final tournament - as soon as week 47 has been finalised. Obviously, all of you can still play in your flights this week as well! As you know, like IRL, the location for the Tour Championship is East Lake GC. Given that this is our last tournament of the season and the one that decides who will be crowned the TST Tour Champion, I've instructed the GreensKeeper to not hold back... Have fun and good luck, Frans

Game is shot to bits but at least it's a peach of a course to play. Rushed my 2nd round which is definitely not the way to play this society but at least I got to crack out the speedo's Good luck to all battling for the FedEx. Hope you get the job and enjoy delivering parcels....

East Lake and I have had a very, very difficult relationship over the years. After round 1, just for a few minutes, I thought maybe the course was trying to make up for the all the pain it has caused me over the years. But no⦠this course and I are like Patrick Reed and morals.
Round 1: -11 Round 2: -2 Round 3: -3 Round 4: -2 Total: -18
Time for a breakβ¦ π

-3 to start off this week. Some of the putts were confusing to read, and a couple of birdie putts were on line but came up millimetres short π missed a 6 foot eagle putt on 18 as well.

Second round second hole par putt strangely shot off to the right of the hole π²,tapped in for bogey.Took ages for the game to load up the next hole!!! . Picked up two birdies to finish the front nine π. Three putted sixteen for bogey and missed out for birdie on the last hole π©. At least i didn't have a wet water ball π.

Since it's the last week, just want to shout out the best players for kicking butt all year especially Justin Pansegrau and Chris Abbott who have been 1-2 most of the season. Thanks again Frans - excellent schedule! and thanks to the people who post, making it feel like the best community here. One of the friendliest forums here on this usually crazy internet.

Bit of a shocker last week. Love East Lake though so fancied my chances of nulling the Hogan red marks that I have.
67/65/75/69 (-4)
Not good enough. Hit the ball well rounds 1 and 2 but couldnβt buy a putt, kept leaving them short.
Round 3 the wine started kicking in, mixed with strong ass wind even though my wind marker was only half full (swear thatβs broken). Took a 7 on 15 which killed me. I play with no feedback and I get a feeling when I hit a good/bad shot. My first tee shot felt amazing. Nope, 150 yard slice into the water. Oh feck off tempo gods.
Round 4 made some terrible drunken decisions but got myself back into the round and then lipped out on the left side for eagle on the last which was most infuriating as I knocked the marker one notch back to the left at the last minute before I hit my putt. Massive boo-urns.
Ah well. Cheers all. Thanks for the behind the scenes work. See you next season.

Forgot how great this version of East Lake is. Also good to be back in Hogan but looks more like I belong in Trevino (the unpublished flight below Player, which is below Snead) -1, E for -1 thru 36. Can I hang on Ben? Onward!

Round three, fairways and greens in regulation on the front nine, but struggled to get the birdie putts to drop π©. Finished the round one under par, which in those very high winds i'm very happy with. One round to go,and trying to get rid of my demotion mark i picked up from last week π.

-5 second round. A few slow tempos stuffed some approaches today. Not sure if I'll play any more today or not

Bogeyed the second hole in the last round π.Fought hard not to bogey anymore holes on the front nine with a couple of tricky par putts from 8ft from the hole π. Birdie on the par five to get back to even par on the front nine π. Got three birdies with two of them from holing out from over twenty feet, with a one foot drop, breaking right to left. Stupid three putt bogey on seventeen and an easy birdie on the last hole π. Total score of minus six. Thank you fransslabak and skoader for your time and effort you put into True Sim page πππ»π».

Played round 1 on Sunday. Shot -4, started off with a dumb bogey on hole 1 but been clean since then. Can't remember much other than lots of near misses from everywhere.
Played round 2 today, -5 with scoring on 4 holes. More near misses, but did record a rare eagle for me in TST so kinda neat. Scored in two pairs: 5-6 birdie-eagle + 17-18 birdie-birdie.
-9 at the half for a decent mid table spot so far in the Palmer flight championship. Not doing all too much on the scorecard but trying to stay patient hoping that there could be something more on the weekend to wrap up the season well enough.
Cheers, good luck and hopefully a strong finish to your seasons!

All the areas of my game are clicking - I was able to handle the beastly par-4s - that par 4 that's 559 yards I hit it in the rough on the drive but managed to save par. Birdied the first hole 520 yard par 4 both rounds I played. No water balls yet, kept the ball below the hole mostly so only 1 3-putt. 64-67 (-9) through 2.
