Three putted the first hole.Three, three putts on the front nine and the result of five bogeys, just cannot read the breaks,or how much to move the marker to get the putts in 😠. Had a few lucky birdie putts drop in and a eagle chip in on the back nine. Went over par on the front nine, but was able to claw it back on the back nine and get under par. After finishing over par last week, trying to stay under par this week if i can.

I got a 10 on the 1st hole in round 3 putting backwards and forwards past the hole gradually getting more irritated and the more irritated I got the worse my putts became!! My own fault for getting would up and it blew the tournament for me. Note to self. Patience is a virtue

3 demos and a dream, but now sitting at twenty three. I'm a man of true mystery, since Hogan flight was my destiny. No idea what the hell is even going on anymore, but I'm all for this ride. Started off real nice, slightly off on hole 1 and then a 5 foot putt for eagle. I don't believe in omens but if that was one, it signaled good fortune. Another one on 11, from a neato splash shot. Finished -12 and was like... okay, where did that come from? Round 2 I hit a pin on the first par 3, gave me a second to delude myself into thinking I might score an ace. Probably the best eagle I have ever scored on the 8th, after shot shaping perfection and sinking a really big slider putt. Kinda ran out of that good stuff on the last 5 holes, but it doesn't really matter. -11 even though I started to kinda drift off towards the end. So yeah, -23 and a dream of possibly going from last finisher of group Palmer to first in a span of a week since I'm currently a shot off the lead there. Could change still but I'm hunting for promos through 2 after saying it would be an impossible task for me last week... oops. If I can somehow pull that turnaround off, you might as well send me to scientists so they can pick off my brain and see how anything in my brain operates. Surreal feeling of seeing myself in the lofty heights of the PC club, being the one odd guy in the middle of monstrous players. I don't expect to carry on as strong to the end, but it's just a nice feeling to have a chance again since I haven't played that well at all in recent weeks. Cheers, and best of luck.

Only got one bogey on the front nine in round three,a big improvement on my second round front nine 😃.Three birdies and one bogey to get to -2 after nine holes. Missed out on three chip ins for birdie also on the front nine.(I only just missed the green) Back nine dropped three shots due to bogeys 😠,but had some lucky putts go in for birdie 😁. Back nine even par,so -2 for round three. First round -4,second round -3,third round -2. If i score -1 in the last round i will be happy, because that will be four rounds under par which will be a big improvement, and if i can also achieve the -1 round that will get me to -10 for the tournament and twenty strokes better than last week 😁. For this to be my only second tournament i hope i don't mess it up.

Qualifying tournament 2 rounds 1 and 2 Round 1 and 2 had it all chip ins, sand hole out and pitch hole out and a sh%$ load of makeable birdie putts missed. Long game was good apart from my awful opening tee shot (still managed to make par though lol), but poorest I have putted for some time. Nice course and good to see the tournament threads getting more active since the flights were introduced. Like last week enjoying my golf. -12 after 2. Anyway my first 2 rounds video for those interested.

Second event of the season, after missing the cut with a 66/67 (-11) in the Spanish Open back in October lol. Haven't played Pro swing since, only been playing Master, but I'm missing the competition I had with gavlaar124 so I tee'd it up this week.
Very shaky first round nerves cost me a double bogey with a 4-putt early on lol. Either that or I just took a while to adjust to Medium speed greens as I've been playing exclusively Fast Greens the last couple of weeks. Shockingly poor 70 (-2) was the outcome.
A little better in round two with the quicker greens. Bogey-free 65 (-7) to stand at -9 for another missed cut... Oh wait, no more cuts... Better play rounds three and four. Currently 5 ahead of gavlaar124 at the halfway point... As an aside, I've dropped all the way down 191 in the World Rankings. I'm going to make it my goal to get back into the top-100 ASAP!

Third round was bogey-free again 62 (-10) Fourth round I forgot how to play for 5 holes, dropping four shots. Remembered how to play again on the back 9 to finish 69 (-3).
70/65/62/69 (-22) to beat gavlaar124 by 4 shots because let's face it, he's shiiiiiiiiit!

Scared…. Last week’s provisional results suggest I’ve been stupid enough to get myself promoted to the extreme monsters league… aka as the Nicklaus flight. And then I start with a bogey on the first this week… 😩😩😩 Better after that, although I missed a lot of chances in the second round. Round 1: -14 Round 2: -10 Similar experience for me. Looks like I might be promoted to Palmer....the Double Humph the first! Did manage to rebound, sitting at -10 halfway through the event. Round 1: -4 Round 2: -6 Onward! Finished stronger than expected: Round 3 outward 29 but finished sloppy at -9. Round 4 started very wet but inward 29 let me card -6. -25 would contend in Hogan, but here in Palmer just run of the mill. Still pleased with my play. Onward!

Thankfully i didn't mess it up in my final round. Played much better than i ever have at true sim and it came in the final round 😁. No bogeys on the front nine, and only one on the back nine at sixteen, stupid putt. Never ever going to frighten or compete against the great players in this game. Final round score of -8 and a total of -17. That's 27 strokes better than last week 😁. To me this is a big achievement. Goodluck everyone and hopefully next week the green keepers will be kind to me 😂.

fransslabak, can I be cheeky and ask, are we heading to Brookline this coming week? I played a matchplay around one version tonight against HorusPhoenix and, let's just say, on 187's it was an interesting experience!

Hi Craig, of course you can be cheeky… We are not though - Brookline is not available to us in the TGCTOURS database. Instead, we play Meadowbrook - a CLV course that, IMO, is worthy of a US Open. Hope you’ll like it.

Fantastic, thanks. Looking forward to it!
That Brookline version was so close to being a great design but some of the greens and fairway slopes were just excessive.

A pair of 62s for the weekend rounds to finish -37 for the week. Pretty happy with that.
There's a golf course near me called Meadowbrook, apparently it's pretty good. I've never played there though.
