Another average R3 but came back strong in the last.

Nice finish there, Sean. Seems you kept your form/momentum from where things left off in the last game. Not surprised after seeing how you went about in that Platinum event last week. Well, first 3 rounds at least.

Hi guys. Now I’m + 4 after round 2. 1270’s place from 1860 players. There were calm conditions in round2 but I didnt play well. Two doublebg. This course is very nice but every bad shot is punished. I didnt manage the right place on the green. The greens are faster then in the old game. But I’m optimistic. 600 players are still behind me🤣

It is with sadness I must say I am not enjoying the new game. I did My Career, fitted everything, got all the points I wanted, but six holes into round one of the qualifying I realized how much I do not like having to work that hard to have fun. It is not even tempo or swing path issues, which I am doing OK with, but the putting sucks - you cannot even take practice putts anymore to see what the right weight is supposed to be like with 2K21. Anyway enough whinging from me, I am going to step away from TGCTours and the game at least temporarily. Good luck to all DirtBags!

Step back take a few days off snd just play your rounds and try to improve. This is a different game than with 21. And remember, it is just a game. I’ve seen some Kinetic players struggling mightily with this game. Everybody learns at their own pace. |

This is kind of how I felt at the start of the last game, and I ended up skipping the entire first season and only intended to return when there were a few weeks to go two seasons back. I don't have any idea how many changes in the game I missed, but there likely was a point I could have dropped in sooner. Regardless, take a couple days, take a week or two to get some distance from the game. Then maybe give it a try and see if you feel up for qualifying. Either way, hope to see you down the line. |
