This week on Kinetic we head to Kingsgate by @patlover, no that's not right, I mean he might love Pats, that really is none of my business, each to their own and all that, or does it mean he loves himself as his name is Pat, which would would fit in with a course designers ego.. Let me check the correct spelling, ah it's patlouvar, what sort of name is that, it sounds French, I thought I had banned all French designers after I was banned from ever returning to France, damn those people are so sensitive, one surrender joke shouted from the Eiffel Tower and they freak out. I better use google just to make sure, I don't want to get in trouble again because of my so called insensitivity. Louvar is a big pink fish that can weigh over 300 pounds, it has a bulging forehead that likes to eat jellyfish, hmm I wonder how closely related this weeks designer is to his actual name, a big fat person, whose skin has turned pink from to much time is the sun, a bugling forehead usually covered by a baseball cap that likes to eat Jelly and other sweet foodstuffs, in other words, an American tourist.
And with my incoming American ban, lets have a look at what Pat says about the course. Inspired by links courses in Ireland and Scotland, Kingsgate is a highlands links course with ocean views and great golf. Well, we can leave out the Scotland part of that really because of my Scottish ban after the whiskey incident, not my fault the Scots can't spell whiskey correctly, or brew whiskey, correctly, or handle drinking whiskey correctly, so we will say that Kingsgate is a golf course set on the beautiful coastline on County Cork in Ireland, the only part of Ireland really worth visiting and by sheer coincidence, home to yours truly. So welcome to my home everyone, have a great week and if you notice any Scotish inspired parts of the course that I may have missed, let me know and I shall have it removed immediately. Good luck and have fun.
