There are only 2 courses that I have used in every iteration of the game, Congressional and Chambers Bay and since Congressional is not available(I know there might be other versions) in this game, soon that will be just one. Now I heard somewhere that this week there is a big golf event on in Georgia, one sec, let me google it, ah ok, it's the Pringles under 10's 9 hole putting challenge. So I thought, if this is the week of big golfing events, why not use an iconic course here on the Kinetic as well and since it is the Nashville Open, lets use a course that will get all the geography snobs riled up and use a course that is in a different part of the country and what better course than Chambers Bay, that should get the twitch streamers complaining. So good luck everyone and enjoy what is one of the best real course creations in the game.

Ahh, the special week. Some get the course that shall not be mentioned, others get something down under. I'm perfectly content that we get this choice. What a class course and recreation of it, and boy howdy did I enjoy playing it! -9 and my bogey free streak ended after being maybe 2 yards short off the tee and then had to lay up a little, only for everything on that hole to be a bit short. Maybe it was the thing needed to break the shackles of constant similarity, because I went and shot -15 in round 2. Probably up there as one of the best rounds I've ever played. When you're gambling on the 13th and trying a perfect 105% to cut corners and you actually get it when you never even think about trying it, you just know you're in the zone. And here's a sentence I think I've only uttered a couple times before: tied top score in round 2, and yes it shocked me too. I seriously wish to keep hold of this form, this would be an awesome week for a good finish. Random stat of the day: -4 on hole 1 so far with an average proximity of about 5 feet. 3 in round 1, 7 in round 2. Cheers, and best of luck!

I'm pulling a quote from myself from a few weeks back that I made. I said, and I quote: "my new target is to survive until Chambers Bay at the start of April (think that would make it 3 months here). If I play like this the next couple events, I'll definitely make it there." Little did I know what that would entail, and how sometimes things could turn out the way that they do. So yes, I did survive to this event. I survived into this with one promo mark. Well, I tossed a -12, -13 weekend for a final total of -49. Went -8 on the first hole for a first for me: eagled the same hole 4 times in a tournament. 3 out of 4 times I tossed it to a dart distance of 7 feet or less, on round 3 I had to toss a 59.3 foot long bomb to get that. Not a very superstitious man, but was that long putt the sign of things to come for me? I was doing great, shots were way better quality than I usual pull off. Did sort of slow down once I was getting towards the end and nerves were hitting harder and harder because I was realizing what was happening at the time, but survived without huge mistakes. This was a fun week regardless of whether I would have been doing great or not, made it even sweeter when I was doing well. A perfect week to get a good finish and that I shall get. Looking to be going somewhere in the top 10. Would be double promo marks and that would be a "see you later" for this tour for me. Honestly, it still doesn't feel real to me about half an hour after finishing up. Cheers, best of luck going forward.
