Updating scores now...looks like Jordan did not play his rounds. Tough to see in the championship match, but that's going to cost Putt It There (and help the Floppy Men). Would hate to have that decide the matchup, but we will see... Floppy Men with 8-4 lead at the moment. Luckily for Putt It There, Phil won round 2 by himself. Also does not look like many people care about the third place game. Had a feeling that might happen Edit: planning to play my R3 and R4 either after the Celtics game tonight or tomorrow afternoon when I get back from golfing GO C's! It's been almost three whole years since we had a championship parade in Boston Jordan on holiday I think mate for 2 weeks. He mentions it a couple pages back. Ahhh yes now that you mention it, I do remember that. I thought he was still going to play though.

Round 4 is done. Birdie on 17 did it for me! We'll take those two points.
R4: -8
Unfortunately I need to run out to meet up with some friends so I'll finish the scoresheet later on. Lets go Floppy Men!

The Finals scores are done.
It's a 16-8 victory for The Floppy Men, the cinderella story #4 seed that just snuck into the playoffs.
A week or two off, then we'll get next season going.
Thanks everyone.

Scraped into last 4 and through semis but great work team.
Unlucky putt it there as could have been tighter than a gnats chuff if all games played out.
Well done Floppys.
Cheers Bino.

Well played Floppy Men and Putt It There, but congrats to the Floppys for putting it all together when it mattered most. Manly hugs all round, vigorous shaking of hands, etc. Thanks again to bino819 for steering us through another great season, and thanks to all those who took part. I'm looking forward to Season 11!

Congrats Floppys! Peaking at the right time there.
Thanks for another season bino! Looking forward to the next, but also going to enjoy the short break. I've been considering recalibrating my swing and/or trying a new controller, so not a bad time to tinker with things. Could also take a look at my clubset and consider changes. I always say this to myself, and never do, and most likely won't now.

Thanks everyone. After this week there are 10 weeks left of the TGC season so if you're aiming for another 10 week Dirtbags season I guess we'd have to start next week? Congrats Floppies!

I love to win as well as anyone but....I don't feel good about beating a team's that is 'shorthanded' for the championship.
I may not know all the facts so ignore my comment if that is the case.

Congrats Floppy's and great season with thanks again to Bino. You can count me in the group that didn't realize there was something to play for in the 3rd/4th place game...sorry fellas.
Looking forward to the reset and upcoming season! if you want a wild experience check out the Plat event this week for the US Open, the course is an absolute beast. I am hoping to hang above the cut line with -9 after two rounds...

I did a double take when I saw Barton Hills, thinking it was weird that two tours were using courses I knew the same week (CC as well), but then I found out that Barton is fictional and just happens to share the name. Oh well. Played the opening round kind of cold and didn't remember to take a look at the conditions, so felt 6 birdies and 4 bogeys was fairly well done for me. May come back to that on the weekend if I have time, but I probably should be focusing my energy on CC, and how I'll manage to squander my strong start to finish in the ~30s.

We're in the same tier Gordy, and I keep doing the same thing. Strong start, followed by a kamikaze third round, bad enough to make whatever happens in R4 irrelevant. Still, -22 is a tasty start and I shall keep my fingers crossed for you to finish strong this week sir.

Like the Atlanta Braves who have been stinking it up ( until recently)coming off their championship , I came out flat, and made FIVE bogies in round two to miss the cut by a shot this week.
