Charlie's non-contest WIP project

In between various contests and with the National Treasure starting up in a few weeks, I've been doing a lot more designing since I got my Xbox. I have a project that's undergoing a lot of reworks and won't be done for a while, so that's currently on the back-burner. However I also have this coastal dunes plot inspired by a combination of Falsterbo, Budersand and some other links courses in Europe. It isn't so much a classic links as more of an experiment, but I'm liking how it's looking so far.







I promise the land called for that island tee box. Don't question it too much.

Some minor planting changes needed. Gonna bring the more fescue-like grasses out a bit to blend in better with the bare terrain. Also gonna add a bit more of a lip on the bunker at the front after a suggestion from golfwolfuk

Bunker / dunes behind the green in the second photo in the original post look incredibly natural
