Chat about your rounds here. Will be a minimum of 2 slots available for the top 3 tours. Not many spaces open as we're pretty much at capacity - but we'll make it work! Will be more spots open as you get down lower in the tours. Enjoy the extra rounds!

Currently in CCH shot -39...will i promote??? LOL. Ok sanchez To simply answer your question, and of course you know I am not affiliated with TGCT. Yes you will get promoted. However, to what Tour? Geez, there are so many intangibles that we don't know answers to. 1) Doyley only said there are 2 promotion slots for each of the Pro Tours. What's that mean for the Challenge Circuit? Do they get 5? More? 2) The scores are only posted thru round 3, how did others shoot in round 4 compared to you? 3) There are no deadlines in the promotion event, someone could wait until this Saturday and play all 4 rounds. But with the info we have, based on your -33 thru three rounds, you would be projected for Tour C. But you only shot -6 in round 4, so when the dust settles, it could end up being D or E. Again based on the Circuits Tours all having 5 slots each. I did all the math and have it on a spreadsheet if you want to PM me. |

I will not be promoted because I am contractually obligated to complete my term as Mayor of CC-C (I think it is a life-long term the way I am progressing). I also stink at the wrong time in this game, -26 thru 3 rounds only to limp home with a -1 on the last round.
No worries here, like where I am.

Hello,
I know there's plenty left to play, but I'm currently sitting in 2nd place, which puts me in contention for a promotion to Plat. At the same time, it looks like I will be promoted to Plat in the conventional way by accumulating enough promo marks in Elite.
Thus, could anyone please confirm that the regular promotions are executed before looking into the promo event? It would be a unfortunate if it were the other way around and I took a spot from someone else.

I will not be promoted because I am contractually obligated to complete my term as Mayor of CC-C (I think it is a life-long term the way I am progressing). I managed to ruin a -16 1st Round and limped in with a final round -3 for a -37 total which ain't going anywhere! I, also, am more than happy where I am despite the taxes being set very high in Triple C by a rogue Mayor. The peasants are all friendly. Sideward!!! |

Kevin Kevin, Yes I have seen in the past where Doyley said once they finish the weekly promotions, they move to the Promotion event. It's a rough Sunday for the TGCT boys jumping thru hoops to get both tournaments finalized. Alan |

Went to the first tee just to get this done for practice. Was -25 through 2 and if I could somehow keep that up and go a little better, maybe my very slim chance of promotion could live. I can't go much higher after all, and I'd need to score at the very least -50, very likely more when all's said and done. Rounds 3 and 4 made sure these are mere practice rounds for me after all. Finished -41, 27 of those from the back nines, happy with that. Kinetic is probably my adequate level as it stands, and I know that without a very slow start (3 under through first 9 when I could have went -7) and other minor flubs I could have fought for what I thought would be a very unlikely shot at the next level. And I continue to progress in these promo events, I'm sneakily climbing up closer to the top each event, maybe next one's the one? Or will I have moved a step closer to the top again as it seems to be the trend this season with me and these events? Only time will tell. Cheers and good luck to all! |

Probably not moving anywhere with my -51 but I enjoy Elite and can't complain about a top 10 finish (as it stands currently). Only played it for practice but best finish in a promo event so far.

I came out hot in my first couple rounds but eventuallyy blew it like normal hit more bogeys than I hit all week in my last two rounds smh here and on my regular tour this week

How will work promotion ? Example: if im in CC-X and promotion kick me up to Kinetic , but now i donk know about it and start play new CC-X event, how it will be count ? This rund will be delete and i can start new one in Kinetic or i will need finish CC-X and Kinetic will be work from next week ?
