Cool environment with lots of fun shots, enjoyed the round, wasn't a fan of the 134 greens, but loved the black and white flags, fun round as always on your track, good job and good luck

Thanks Geordie! Yeah the 134 greens were a move by me that has recived quite mixed results. The idea behind it (super udualting greesn to match the terrain) is sound but the game mechanics make them more of a hit or miss then intended. Defintely something I'll have to live with. Glad you still enjoyed the round! Thanks for the good luck! It will be fun seeing all the results!

Moab Downs Loved view from tee on #1 Messed up my 1st shot on #2, drained long putt for par Hit tee shot on 3rd fast, tried going on right side with wind to carry, made par 4th bogey 5th birdie 6th wanted a tee shot slightly more elevated. That slope on the right side of green is brutal to pitch up from 7th ended up in gravel stuff in between fairways and had a long putt I couldn't make and got a bogey 8th, great hole! I will say I ended up short having to chip, wish chipping was better in distances in the game 9th, nice hole, got a birdie and that slope front facing the green sent my ball down 10th loved being able to see other green 11th loved the risk reward on the tee shot, got a bogey due to not hitting 2nd shot on the green 12 loved the risk reward to try and drive the green, my 3 wood went into the bunked 13 loved that tee shot, got a chip in birdie! 14 the back right pin was brutal! I did get a nice backspin towards the hole, great concept 16 liked the hole and being able to hit to the right side 17 fine 18 fine
Overall I thought the course was good. It wasn't my favorite of yours but none the less a good course.

For the VLS Series "Adventure Addict" compeition I preset Moab Adventure. A Par 72 adventure routing through this already wild landscape. There's plenty of rick reward shots abound. Make sure to test different clubs and angles from each tee and approach shot to find the best angle or maybe some short cuts (that usually involve a hero carry). Enjoy!

bubbadave: Truthfully. Give me a 170 over a 135 any day.

sroel908: And as someone who's rangered/scheduled hundreds of courses, trying out a wide range of conditions, I can say with certainty that green speeds do have an impact and definitely matter.

sroel908: Green firmness is more about how the ball interacts with the putting surface when you hit an approach into it. A soft green is more receptive, and will allow more backspin than a firm one. A firm green will have less bite and more rollout.

meunier33: I have seen 135 greens that putt like they are 170. Therefore, we can conclude that green speed does not matter.

meunier33: Why isn't there a green firmness meter on the score bug? Green firmness matters much more than green speed.

meunier33: I still play this game like it was the game before 2K21. Up until this month I have never tried to change anything about how I play the game. It has made me worse trying to adapt also.

OldManGaming606: The biggest swing adjustment and best for competitive golf IMO, was 2k21 and addition of tempo.

Art Vandelay: each time the game has been issued (TGC, TGC2, TGC19, etc) the game play changes. Some more than others. You have to adapt. Or go away, like some have.

Wutpa: I think a lot of people here have figured out what your problem is, and it's not what you think it is.

meunier33: EG the best swing used to be hard and low and not a high swing like it is now.

meunier33: Im finally figuring out what my problem is though. I play the game like it used to work 4 or 6 years ago and I have trouble adjusting to how it now plays

zooby97: Is that all meunier33 does is COMPLAIN? Will you please ditch the game so I don’t have to see the complaints anymore, wow!
