A noob here having issues with a water reservoir on a LiDar generated course. The water level needs to be a couple of feet higher than adjacent fairways and I can't seem to avoid water edges where they don't belong. I'd rather not sculpt the land to hide the water as that would not be authentic. Is there a workaround or am I missing something?

Smaller squares/rectangles?

Smaller squares/rectangles? This is the answer. You need to use smaller water planes, and just use more of them. You should be able to keep the surfaces aligned by not adjusting the height once you've placed the first one. Also, I should note that the blue edges around water planes are design guides and they disappear when playing the course.

Just a few more hours of ripping my hair out and that would have been obvious. Thanks for saving me a few curls.
