Dear TST-enthusiasts, This week's IRL PGA Tour travels to Waialae - a Seth Raynor course. Unfortunately, this course is not available in 2K21 and therefore I've decided to take you to another Raynor course: Sleepy Hollow CC. This is a so-called template course, which will please some of our geometrically-oriented players. I'm not necessarily a fan of template courses but this one is too good not to like. Some of the greens are a bit of a challenge though but after last week's pampering by Matt10 you deserve that! Best of luck and have fun! Frans

I hate geometry. The mere mention of Kevin up mup kupen nup sends shivers down my spine! But hey Frans fransslabak this wasn't at all bad and very enjoyable. All down to putting today. I thought I'd got putting sorted in Round 1. Sank some monsters (well, over 20 foot, monsters to me!). Second round couldn't hit a cow's arse wiv me Spider! A sure missed cut this week after blagging it last week. But hey, still enjoying things so all that matters and set me up nicely for my best CC round in many, many months!! Onward as the great Philosopher says!

I promise to finish this week, as long as I start it Onward!

Onward!

I actually enjoyed this course a lot more than last week’s. Currently at -4 after 2 I’m sure it’s not enough to wear my Saturday and Sunday outfits but still enjoyed my 2 rounds. Until next week gents…

Is this the punishment for making the cut and not finishing last week? Why YES it is! Just read the thread for rules. It's fair. In my case it was worth it (look at last weeks thread). Onward to next week!

*looks around* Something feels same yet different about this week compared to the usual. As if there's a disturbance of some kind in the universe of the Tours. Hmm...
Oh, I know! We're playing with geometry! I hated that stuff in math class, always bottom of the pack when it came to that. So of course that hatred carries on for life, to everything that has any of it.
Okay not really, just exaggerating. I'll play whatever we get given to us. Round 1 was actually really solid for 17 holes, was keeping very nice pace before the pin on 18 happened. That can go have intimate relations with itself. 3 putt because yeah of course. Can't get a week without one, huh? -7 finish.
Round 2 was full of missed stuff, scrambled for -3 for a cut score of -10. Hopefully good enough for a cut again. With 30 and 31 putts respectively in the 2 rounds, I'm not sure if I should be threatening to make a cut but... I guess I am?
Cheers, good luck!

Decided to finish tonight. Good choice, finished -26 with a -9 round 3 and -7 in the final round. Very happy with round 3 since it looks to be either a hit or miss based on scores posted and I seem to have snuck on the hit side of it. Round 4 could have had a bit more potential for better but also had me within 3 feet from an alby. So, I guess that balances it out? Felt like I played about as good as I could minus round 2. Let's see where this puts me, I'm thinking something close to my best ever finish on here. Definitely in the running for my best finish on PC. Not bad for hating geometry oriented stuff and having that bit of extra pressure of trying to play like a pro tour player now!

It DOES irk me some that I played well enough to be on the cut score this week. Not sure if I would have been the straw that would have lowered the cut by a stroke, but if that would have been the case then all of you that opened with -6 at the cut are very welcome Onward!
