OK, so I'd say you are approaching the half way point before publishing.
The plot looks OK, but there are large open spaces in it that look bare
i.imgur.com/SE2dclv.jpgIf you turn on auto-trees it will fill it up without using plant meter.
You've got a clubhouse but nothing else around.
i.imgur.com/NzSbbjC.jpgTry some planting around the clubhouse, a carpark, a driveway, some garden, an out door area, a practice putting green, a driving range, a maintenance shed, a pro shop, a starters hut.
You will also need to smooth/sculpt the large indentation clubhouses leave when you drop them down.
Sculpting: There's plenty of micro-sculpting to do here. The 10th for example
i.imgur.com/jayAxSF.jpg where there is no way you could mow that without falling off your mower.
Here on the 9th green again
i.imgur.com/dSLLXoK.jpgUn-intentional blind tee shot here on 8
i.imgur.com/PO8E9sw.jpgThe 9th fairway needs sculpting (or move the splines down off the hill)
i.imgur.com/mp6CUgJ.jpgSure you can have a small mound at the front of the green
i.imgur.com/EXFQC4O.jpg but this one is way too big and causes un-intentional blindness from 5 yards.
Plenty of sculpting required on 11
i.imgur.com/7Na739x.jpg and the tee shot is nearly blind.
Un-intentional blind tee shot on 14
i.imgur.com/vOTRdEx.jpgI purposely hit my tee shot short right and it went in the water. What you have to allow for is the drop shot
i.imgur.com/kzT5Twn.jpg You can see here it has put me on the other side of the water but I'm in heavy rough. Clever designers put a strip of (smooth) fairway along the edge of the far side as a drop zone
i.imgur.com/m7HRJCk.jpg (in red) as I would say nearly 50% of the time people would be in the water on this hole. Same with 15.
Bunkers: Mainly sculpting of these saw-tooth lips
i.imgur.com/B687Q3c.jpg. Use the small fuzzy blue brush to flatten them all out. It takes FOREVER but remember our course will be published for the same amount of time. So a couple of hours now will be worth it.
The next one is the rocks in front of the 9th green. Sure a rock wall can work. Have you play tested dropping a ball right in front of the rocks and see if you can get up on the green?
i.imgur.com/dFR4dqb.jpg My money is on NO. I'd shrink the rocks down (and use more of them) and put some bushes and grasses around to create a more natural environment.
Green transitions: Where the fairway meets the green should flow. This 90 degrees looks unnatural
i.imgur.com/uumgk86.jpgMore sculpting required here on the 6th
i.imgur.com/8tKcH5v.jpgRetaining walls: You will need to join these up a lot tighter
i.imgur.com/fQp898O.jpg to make it look alright. Also when you use retaining walls it takes on the surface that it's touching so you can see the incorrect surface poking through.
Here on the 3rd
i.imgur.com/VaOnAB8.jpg you are going to have to smooth out the gap. Also the green is very long (43 yards), have you play tested being able to get all the way to the pin if you only just make the green?
Auto-gen grass: This stuff grows everywhere and I'd use the Sculpt Land - Clear Generated Objects to get rid of it from anywhere near a tee box, fairway, bunker or green.
You can see it too close to the tee here on 1
i.imgur.com/d3SZyAb.jpgBunker on 13 (autogen grass removal)
i.imgur.com/DXuG22l.jpgTee boxes: Check that they are all flat, in fact the whole tee area, on the first it droops slightly on the left hand side next to the rough.
Fairways: Is it your intention to go with no light rough? In my opinion, putting a light rough collar on he fairways makes them look cleaner. Select a spline point on the fairway, Spline Point, Edit, Toggle Second Surface, Rough will turn it on.
I'm not a big fan of shadows over the pin placements. It makes it difficult to see the slopes on the green, especially in high winds.
The 4th and the 10th are super long par 4's both at well over 500 yards.
If you miss the fairway on the 5th, you have to lay up with nothing more than a wedge, as there's no way home.
The 16th is a super large green as well (65 yards long).
So there's a few pointers and looking forward to seeing the finished product.
