Well I am taking care of eliminating promotion the old school way, by finding my way to the bottom of the board. +1 (that's right, PLUS 1) gets me 559 outta 567 currently in round 1. How I am surviving in CC-C is amazing. Onward! Rd 2 quite the difference. -11 gives me a jump of about 350 spots. STILL out of promo range, but feel a little better about meself. Course is nice. Onward! NO idea why it's happened this way: +1, -11, -11, -11 One is the number for me in this event. OH if I had only played better in round 1! Onward to the Mayoral Mansion in CC-C where it looks like I will be 4 EVAH! |

Not that this will happen to me but just wondering... what happens when a player is eligible for promotion as a result of BOTH the promotional event and their CC tourney results?

Not that this will happen to me but just wondering... what happens when a player is eligible for promotion as a result of BOTH the promotional event and their CC tourney results? your normal promotion is taken into account 1st then once promotion event standings are finalised that may/may not bump you up more
i could be in same situation this week if score well on 4th round of cc as scored a -51 for event

-46 for this event. Could have been pushing for 50 had I not made one super dumb mistake in round 2 and had bit more putting luck. All in all, not disappointed because I still played about as well as I could have and usually do when I'm not struggling hard. Doubtful there's a promotion in sight here with that score (and because my starting tier is already high enough as is), but thankfully played well enough in CC so that I should be going to CC-A anyway. That's probably my maximum level currently anyway and should that change, I'll try to grind it out for now.  |
