This week the Elite Tour is off to Rye Valley, a wonderful collaboration by notaburneracct and 15eicheltower9. This course is bunkerless, just like its inspiration the Sheep Ranch at Bandon Dunes Resort. So without the traditional hazard, expect the challenge to be on the ground, with uneven lies, and fairways and greens that will reject taking the wrong approach. Should be a fun week, I think scores will definitely be eye popping this week. Enjoy it while it lasts. I've got some tougher tracks coming down the schedule. For now, enjoy the birdies!

Birdies? What birdies? As expected after 3 weeks off I was pretty rusty, could only manage -5 and -7 and will probably pick up a couple of red marks. Part of it was getting a bit unused to the putting speeds and green reading, part of it was I had to make a whole new bag as my old stuff didn't transfer over when I downloaded and installed the game on my new console, so I'm having to get used to some new distances with most clubs. I decided to go all Titleist this time around, main differences are the distances with the T100 irons and SM8 wedges.
I'll play rounds in the other tour societies this week to get used to it again. It hasn't taken too long to get my tempo back at least. I played a practice round in kinetic last night and shot -13. Probably should have played more practice rounds before I played here but oh well.

So, after last weeks normal outcome (TST cut made/Elite miss cut) and my abysmal display on TST event this week, I went into Rd1 with absolutely no expectations, I didn't even look at leaderboard before I began, to see where the cutline stood. -12 & -10 for -22 after 36H's So as it stands currently I am making cut not just here, but TST also, I know i'm in shock as well as you Lets just wait and see how the week pans out Good luck all, play well

Played round 3 tonight just for the hell of it and more practice, bit better at -9. Hopefully by next week I'll be somewhere close to where I was before the old console died

Well after my 3 rd made cut last week (since being on elite for 9 months). It appears my -17 for 36 not only will miss the cut. But also may get me the dreaded red mark. Can’t believe how low the scores are. Really thought the putting and chipping were extremely difficult on this course. Have to say I’m very very impressed with many of you how well you play this game. Out of my league unfortunately

Having a suspect approach game, poor putting from 8-20 feet, and then leaving many chips a foot or two from the hole, and I lose 1 of my 2 greenies. Outside chance (but I "think" I am safe) that I also lose the other as -17 is buried well down there.

Oh my -49 finish, -14 Rd3 & -13 Rd4 to add to my -22 thru 36H's 1 Bogey throughout Putted really well for me, that probably helped currently sit T6

First week in Elite after being demoted from Platinum. Loved the setup of this course. I had probably the best final round I've ever played on TGC Tours with some very clutch putting. Hoping my -57 finish is enough for my first victory. Soon it will be back to missed cuts on Platinum!
