What is everyone's favourite car classes and race types? I prefer the slower D to A classes (probably my old man reaction times!) and I prefer cross-country and rally races to the others. I'm useless at Drift.

I'm useless at Drift. Dirt races in a Rally car for me. I also love all of the Mini's and will no doubt waste my free "any car from the showroom" on a Mini rather than a Bugatti!! |

The hyper cars are almost uncontrollable at times and you see people just bouncing them off fences and walls. I think the cross country is the most fun online personally. |

Prepurchased Premium last night, just waiting on steam to let me preload now!
I used to run an Logitech momo wheel and pedal setup- loved it, but got tired of it being in the way all the time when I was playing non racing games. The controller is not as responsive, but its a whole lot more unobtrusive sitting in its tray on top of the computer, always hooked up, ready if I want it, out of the way when I don't.
As far as favorite cars, I prefer offroad type and rally type stuff. I actually play more by myself, just wandering around the open world than I do racing other people. In forza H4, my favs were the Jeep Trailcat, and the little hoonigan ford hatchback rally car, can't remember what it actually was. But it drove good. lol.

Looking forward to this game it looks absolutely awesome. I'm gonna buy it and have it downloaded by the time of release. My gamertag is BlanketSteala. I've played Forza horizon 3 and Forza motorsport 7 before (using a Xbox controller) and a whole bunch of other racing games like Dirt, Grid, Project cars, Wreckfest and more. Looking forward to play with you all.

Definitely think the add-ons bundle is worth it as the base game is free. I've also bought the Treasure map, always do, cba faffing about trying to find bonus boards!! |
