My Xbox gamertag is Woftam1270.
I have the Xbox app installed on my PC but I'm not sure how to add you guys as friends on it.
I found a follow button but couldn't find where to add you as friends.

I've already got you Ken. I notice I've got Croccy on my friends list and not even sure he's got an XB so perhaps they just all appear in my XB friends list. I really wish I was back in my 20's and could understand technology. Discord is still an absolute mystery to me and I've been on it for months lol At least you're on it. My kids live on it when gaming. Part of my issue is that I'm of a generation of gamers where I got used to playing single player. I think I might need to dive in! I’m from a generation of single player games long before internet was popular. |

SkyBlueBen all my gamer friends have moved from discord to guilded now. Discord has said they want to be a community chat program, and Guilded, which looks just like discord, has stated they are for gamers and do everything for gamers ease of use. It took a while to get used to it, but once I did, the differences are subtle, and QoL is about a year behind discord, but it is in fact easier to use and understand. The hardest part is getting your friends to switch. LOL

And I have no idea my microsoft gamertag offhand. I play on PC/Steam. I know there is one there because it set one up on Sea of Thieves and Forza H4. but I'll have to look it up to remember it.

I find it odd that I bought the game and did the pre download and says I own it, but hell if I can find where they charged me as it has not showed up being deducted from my payment methods.

I'm not sure they take payment in advance Carol. You'll be charges just prior to release I think. Having said that they've charged me for my upgrade! |

How long did it take to download on Steam?
Was going to pre-purchase-download earlier but still had to do my FS update and didn't want to spend my day downloading and hogging all my bandwidth.

Just for your info Tim the DL is over 100GB. |

Just for your info Tim the DL is over 100GB. Ok thanks. Don't have Game Pass so I'll have to uhmm pass on that way. I've always found MS Store to be even slower than Steam. Think I may have dl'ed the past version of Horizon there. Did see it was 100 gigs and is why I was going to wait until I wasn't using the computer do download. Steam does have it listed for purchase but doesn't say anything about pre loading. My bandwidth goes for a crap when downloading and surfing the net at the same time. Still haven't decided if I am going for the premium version or not, most likely will because I will regret it if I don't much like I regret not getting MSFS Premium. Many thanks again. |
