Wes, kindly rid me of one of those pesky red arrow thingies. We made the cut this week. 61-58 to head into the weekend at -24. Nice little eagle-birdie finish to make sure of it. Like the course and conditions as always!
I dub thee... green tick worthy!
Scores need to make the cut so far: Week 1: -21 Week 2: -16 Week 3: -20 Week 4: -22
Honestly, right around what I expected so far this season with mostly using CC contest courses. Conditions are about as cranked as I will ever put them. I don't think 4 rounds of high winds and very fast greens makes a lot of sense, no matter how easy or difficult the course is playing. Even 3 rounds with that can feel silly at times if the course is hard enough on its own. Hopefully everyone is adjusting to the new rules pretty well so far. I think as the season progresses we will see things balance out a bit more.

It is with mixed feelings that I say goodbye (for now) as I picked up two green ticks this past week to move back up to Plat. jwtexan even though I only stayed a few weeks, I will definitely miss playing my official rounds (I will definitely continue playing Elite for funzies) on the courses and conditions you selected for us. I think I mentioned a few times already that I highly appreciate your approach of not interpreting the change to Pro diff as an obligation for tricked up courses and conditions. Keep it up and I will definitely not be sad in case I get demoted.
I'll be having an unwanted break this week and possibly next as well, stupid PS4 decided to do the old pulsating blue light crap yesterday and I couldn't use it. Tried a few things to fix it which didn't work so it's going in to be fixed today. Just not sure how long it'll be til I get it back.
I’ve been peaking at the other divisions in tgc tours. And it looks like the cut (no matter the course) is -22 on average. So it seems if I get demoted .It will be a heck of a chore making a cut no matter where I get placed
alejandroacantilado: the PGA is doing a great job of setup, and I think the USGA could really learn from them. The bunkers, the decision to not cut the greens when the wind is up. They have to remember that when they go back to Shinnecock in a few years...

alejandroacantilado: man, too bad Hanse couldn't do anything about those cart paths.
