Awwwwww crap. Well I screwed myself. I was publishing a different version with super low lighting for a video of the course. I don’t know what happened because I renamed the course in the designer but it didn’t save that renaming because it published under the same exact name.
The one where you see a fairway is the intended lighting. The lighting is the only difference. Really annoying you can’t delete ones once they’ve been published.

And I agree about the lack of a delete function. Course looks great!

Yeah dude, I'm not even sure what to say here. I mean...that was pretty freaking awesome. But those greens! Do you hate people? Seriously though, they're not as bad as they look. This course is just something else; totally unique (at least in my experience). What a great idea you had and you executed it well. The planting and path work is top notch. Congrats on a great course!

Man this is a drop dead gorgeous course Tyson. Object choices and colors brought a genuine Iti look and feel to it. Well done!
the holes were challenging AF if you went aggressive. You left me plenty of generous bail out areas which were much appreciated! Green complexes were quite fun, difficult but fair.
Overall beautiful course, challenging golf and fun greens. Excellent publish my man!

Tyson this is easily your most strategic and fun golf to date. Really didn't have too much to dislike here! Thought maybe some of the bunker sculpting was a bit harsh in spots, and you already know my comments on pin positions but overall a very fun round! Congrats on the publish buddy

sroel908 Thanks for the playa nd thanks for pointing out the mix up publishing the other version. You saved me submitting a duplicate and potentionally getting rejected, derp! Glad you enjoyed it! fringeelement Thanks for the kind words, I'm glad you had fun even if the greens were mean. These aren't even my most evil greens, I have been learnign to how make greens that aren't too dick punch-y being a color blind boy haha lucheyschoe Thanks Chris! I knew this would come out being a challanging course but hoped it would remain fair in that challenge! Glad you enjoyed it and Thank you for the support! cd06 Thanks Charlie! We all are inching to progress so good to know I'm headed int he right direction. WHen I started this on DL 2.4 I was like damnit even if this is hard it's a pretty fun course so glad that wasn't just me and it's a fun challange for everyone! I have submitted a version with (Tour) after the name. It is exactly the same as the very first publish haha I don't care about plays or handicapp so play whichever one you want or feel free to play the sexy light version too. Thanks all that have given it a play so far and anybody else that wishes to feel free to send your thoughts here, PM, Discord message or wherever you wish! Always down for feedback to keep getting better!

Probably wouldn't have been without the latest patch making partial splash shots not death again.

Got mu chully bun fulla puss and jandals for the beach and I'm ready to go bro. What a great course with some unique design elements. Some serious humps and bumps on those fairways and the planting is wonderfully done. The double greens are done really nicely where they don't feel like double greens. I'm glad I'm not the greenskeeper here, the place would be a nightmare to mow.
My round was in medium to gusty winds which meant aiming into a lot of sand and hoping you didn't hit a fast one. Took a shortcut down the third. Had a return to my feet bunker shot on the 4th. That's a serious face! Caught me out on the 8th where I aimed towards the water and then red fasted it straight in there. Missed my 48 foot eagle putt on 9. Horrible red slow drive on 14, but lovely cut 3W into the green. Tough run of holes home, but had to go for it on 18 and flew the green into the bunker. 5 stars!

I've had this issue, it's caused by having two replica files in your unpublished folder, the game automatically resorts to the file name stored on the other course file. Only way around this is if you temporarily remove one of the files to another non 2k21 location whilst you undertake the publish or you just name both courses the same Beta testing name whilst you do test publishing. Basically just a massive ball ache. When playing this course backwards is it called "Iawit Akaw"? Love the idea you've done here and the environment is lovely. Well done!

Tough run of holes home, but had to go for it on 18 and flew the green into the bunker. 5 stars! Thanks so much for the playthrough and glad you enjoyed! My aim was to build a course that rewards highly skilled shots, doesn’t kill you playing conservatively but can hang yourself a bit with misaligned aggressive plays. One think I did do to negate all the sand was I made it high roll and firmness. Meaning much less balls stuck in lips of bunkers (they roll down to the flat area) and it’s easier to pick the ball out of. This made the sand a bit more of a visual intimidation factor then they actually are in play. The update coming out the same week I published this made it much less of a dick punch as well. Which is fine by me. Thanks again!

Yeah I get not allowing us to edit after publish but I do wish we could delete publishes at least. Seems like it would clear up their servers but whatever haha Thanks and I’m glad you enjoyed it!
