It's already been determined that the main tours will be at Pro level. From when? tgctours.proboards.com/post/680156/threadNote that the mention of the fact that Beer League will be harder is no longer the case...seems like Beer League will be essentially a TGCT intro league or a developmental league that will potentially be set at pro-am difficulty.

I think you need to decide what the Beer League is for. In the last couple of seasons, the Beer League or its equivalent has been the more casual / learner league. I don't think the proposal of Pro with some aids on is enough of a distinction from the updated main league. Based on how players have gone in my own XB1 society, I think there is a place for a Pro-Am entry level league. As we are all throwing opinions around, mine is: TST - Unchanged - for those that want a greater challenge than the Main league Main tour - Exactly as per last year but Pro instead of Masters Beer League - Same as Beer League last year but Pro-Am instead of Pro plus DCM on or open I'd start playing again if the main tour reverted back to the pro swing. Masters is almost unplayable for us older players on Xbox, yet in 2019 it was fine. I'm 51. Have no issue with masters. Harder, yes, but that's the point.. I am also not the majority, I'll play whatever. Just bring on the new season!

So, is just using Masters on the Beer League dead then? That is a simple option without all of these other options.

I agree. What is the point to put Pro swing in Beer league as in Main tour? Please, think about those Who cares about Master swing, We need a place to play. True sim tour is way too difficult for average players like me. I mourned definitely Main tour so Beer league is ours, damnit!

Sounds like Beer League will be Pro-Am with some aids on, and will be used as a intro/development league for those new to TGCT. I think the idea that Beer League would use Master difficulty shifted pretty quickly.

Not sure age is a factor. besides I also don't consider 57 old.

For some of the settings, why not set as open so those that don't like can turn off, like swing meter for example.
Maybe not in the top 3 tours, but beer and CC would give more setting flexibility to the masses and could help to sustain greater participation..
Just a thought
