If Potter leaves, whoever steps into that Brighton role is stepping into a tough situation in that Brighton are/have been performing about as well as you can expect Brighton to perform. It is almost as if the best the new manager can hope to do is maintain. Not an easy position to be in.

When you make 22 signing it must be a nightmare for the manager and say 8-10 who are still there from last year must be nearly 30 players to choose from. I am with you if he can get a best 11 selected i think looking at the standard of some of the other teams still a chance of staying up.
More worried about my team WBA at the moment bottom 3 of the championship and there are some decent players there.
