For the few lucky ones (or I suppose really good golfers) that made this event - here's your place to pump up your country. Good luck!

On the tee, representing Zimbabwe, ART VANDELAY!!!!
I knew I would make it to the Olympiad if I persevered (and showed up, being one of only two flying the Green, Yellow, Red and Black).
Started off decent, -2 through 13, before I decided to join the swim competition and Humphed my way to a +3 finish in round 1.
Still happy to be here!
Onward!

Happy to be here as well!
Not too sure I’m enjoying the course and conditions, but I’ll persevere to defend the honour of the low lands.
-5 through two rounds

Enjoyed the course this week. Really nice look to it and liked the way it played. There were a few minor things I'd like to see tweaked, but it's an Olympic golf course, so I understand it's got to push the boundaries.
Played pretty well this week. Typically, when I miss 6-7 putts inside 6 feet and drop one in the water, it's not good enough for the win. I'd say that's the case this week as well. Pretty pleased with the way I played though. It's always easier to remember the ones that go wrong and forget the ones you got away with. In at -39 and hoping to be in contention to grab a metal for the land of the free and home of the brave!
Good luck to everyone out there!

That takes a good mind set to keep grinding and have a turnaround like that. Well played. -11 in 15 holes is not joke on this course!

Representing Japan and playing on the hardest Japanese course ever designed in this game, -2, -5 (-7) at the turn. We'll see how I fare on the weekend but pretty proud if those scores considering I'm not in Plat.
Fun fact: Yokozuna is the word equivalent of Grandmaster in Sumo. The tees go Black/Blue/Black/Blue because the course leaves you Black and Blue!

Nice shooting Cody, couldn’t keep up with you in the final round (finished two behind).
Burnt so many edges this event but the strangest putt was for a par save on 16 in R2, tiny bit of left to right bead movement under my feet, dead flat for the rest, aim inside left and it broke more than a cup left. Cool.
15 is definitely the scariest par 3 I’ve played in this game. Seriously considered laying up in R1 😂

It was a routine short birdie put that I put left edge and it missed about a cup left. Just had a couple beads barely moving right, and I hit a good line. Might have been the same hole. I agree about 15 though. I tried to hit the fairway and run it down in R3. I got the hardest bounce I ever seen that eventually ended up running through into the water. Had to hit a really good shot to get it within 20ft to save a bogey. Tough hole lol.

Ive laid up both rounds so far on that one, then splashed it in for birdie once and stuck it to an inch for a easy par the other time. I think it's a legitimate option for sure

I didn’t hit GIR once on it, just played safe around the right edge nearly every round and took the par.

Just so I know for future TGC Olympics, can you just pick a random country to represent ahead of time? I'm in the US so I didn't bother trying to get that one open spot, but it seems several people are just picking some random unrepresented country to play for? Is that how it works?
