Welcome to week 41! This week we have quite a different course than the last. While not quite in Detroit (Motown club was scheduled for Chicago already lol), we find ourselves on our first LiDar course in a long while! Shawnee Run Golf Club by PithyDoctorG and joegolferg took a real life golf course outside of Cincinnati Ohio, Camargo Club, and added their own twist to the layout of the course. Originally a Raynor course, expect some geometric shapes and definitely some template golf! Still on the easier side this week as next week proves to be a bit on the hard side

Still here... Did score a red thingy last week though. Also, putting problems have now joined my tempo problems for a violent mix of erratic stuff... multiple eagles accompanied by many bogeys and a double bogey as bonus in the first two rounds. I though I would be way down on the leaderboard after that mess but, weirdly enough, it actually looked like I might not be the only one struggling. I'm hopeful of escaping another red thingy... -14 after two rounds Good luck all, Frans

Gonna have 24 hours from when I get home to learn this sucker. Let’s see if it’ll be back to back top 15’s to keep a good streak going.
Good luck everyone!

Crazy good scoring from Austin, will be hard to beat!
No bogeys this week but failed to threaten enough pins. -42.

Hello.
I only had time for two rounds yesterday, but... BUT: I will make the cut! Hooray! For some reason, the front 9 seems to suit my game as I shot lights out (well, for my standards at least) there twice. Being a huge Raynor/template/geometry fan, I absolutely love the course! Can't wait for rounds 3 and 4.
R1: -9 R2: -10
Cheers and good luck all!

Tempo was rough in this one. 57% FIRs and 50% GIRs. Limped to -3 in R1. Improved a bit in R2 and was able to hit some crazy putts, leading to -9 R2 and -12 at the cut. Likely won't be anywhere near good enough to make the cut. Onto next week.

Started really slow, just couldn’t get close enough on the greens. Might have had a chance otherwise. -3,-13,-13,-14 for -43.

I was super depressed about last week's blow up. Haven't been playing well. Bogeyed the first hole.
Grinded back my tempo brute force with like 5+ practice swings every hole. Played a decent first round scrambled quite a bit for par.
Round 2 magic struck. 2 eagles, and a bunch of birds. 62/55 leaves me -23 after 2.
I was really tired, but I said if I was playing well, I'd keep going. -3 through 9 on round 3 and I decided enough was enough. Still very happy. Bounced back really well.

Never seen the course… 60-58. -22. LFG. Time to destroy the weekend, hopefully.
Thankfully the course looks a lot like Springbrook CC, which I’ve had a lot of experience with.

Made the cut… which was a surprise. Round 3 was terrible, round 4 okay.
-32 and no more red thingies…. So I’ll be here for at least a few more weeks! 😎😎😎

I hadn't played the game in about two weeks and just loaded straight in without even a warmup swing, so I had no expectations.. and played quite well to my surprise. I think more than anything, I just played for fun for the first time in a while. I believe trying too hard hurts me worse than anything, so I need to figure out how to just play at ease a little more often. Really enjoyed the course and the set up this week. I felt like it was a very good balance of difficult, yet rewarding holes.

Welp. R3 was an eagle fest as 3 of them propelled me to a 59….
But once again, I have one round that’s a struggle. Final Round 66. -37 overall. BLEEP.
Onward to Muirhead.

Lol, I shouldn't have finished my rounds yesterday, but I was too impatient. Bad tempo in the 3rd and 4th rounds caused too many bogeys. I couldn't care less, however, as those two rounds were just the icing on the demo mark erasing cake. I finished E and -3 for a grand total of -22 and will try to add the screenshot later tonight. Cheers and good luck all!
