A few things from these pictures. - That island green is not good, you never see land perfectly round like that and the way the grass goes down the sides just makes it look even more plastic. Also island greens in this game are way overused, and that’s from someone who had two on their first publish. Island greens IRL are a novelty, but in this game they are way overused and usually way forced. - rotate is your friend, all of the planting looks unrotated and look way unrealistic. It really makes things look video game-y. Even if something is a manicured look there still is an organic randomness to the plants. Not rotating planting makes things look very fake. This also means just one straight line of planting can also look too uniform to be realistic. - you’re edges are all just steep drop offs. That makes everything look even more unrealistic. If you can visibly see the brush strokes used in the designer while playing then there isn’t a level of softening to make things seem more natural. Even if all this was man made with wouldn’t be dead straight like this. - Lastly this takes HOURS to make a good course. Blowing through a course in a week or so will leave a lot of details ignored and people will complain about it. Now this hobby is however you want to make it. If you want to make silly fantasy courses like this then keep doing that totally! But if you want TGC members to really play and give helpful feedback courses like this aren’t the way to go. A lot of people will not even fire it up. If I were you I would chock this course up to learning the designer and go back looking at Crazy Canuck’s 101 and 201 videos then go to b101’s how to videos and his Hole design series. Also watch both of his how to get approved and how to get Tour Worthy videos to see what people are really looking for. Apologize if that came off harsh but I’m just being honest with you. A lot of people will look at these images and stay away. But again this is YOUR hobby and put in whatever you want to put into it.

The BIGGEST problem is that... this game these pictures are from... isn't 2K21. I'd say my best piece of advice here would be to watch some tutorials, SPEND MORE TIME on the course (my first took around 90 hours (maybe more) to build, I'm pretty sure - I'm estimating about 150 hours for my CC course) and finally, listen to members of the community and feel free to reach out to people for feedback.

Jackhez, good on you for publishing some photos and asking for feedback. That's the only way to improve. No matter how much time and love you put into a course, and no matter your experience level, it is always nerve-racking to let it out into the wild. It is clear that you definitely spent time on creating the environment.
For constructive feedback, I'd echo much of what was said here already. There's some tell-tale things here that would probably earn you an automatic rejection from the database by the rangers. For example, not reducing all your default fairway/rough/green/teebox surfaces to zero, which then allows you to hand-draw or place your surfaces along the natural flow of the land. Canuck's videos will show you how to do this if you don't know. Another thing is your landforms, which look like they need smoothing using the fuzzy round blue brushes.
There's nothing wrong with a more "fantasy" style, as long as it is done well and the technical fundamentals are sound. That will take some additional mastery of the basics, though. And you are showing that you have enough familiarity with the designer's tools and objects to get there with some additional practice.

Thank you for all the feedback so far, I will use all this information to become better at designing. Sorry if I didn’t mention before that this was made on TGC 2019 on PlayStation, My friends suggested it, only started playing a month ago but I will definitely buy 2k21 soon and hopefully there are improvements to the course designer as well.
