Coming off my best finish and most consistent play over the past 3 weeks it was about time to come back down to Earth and have to sweat out the cut line lol I played solid in rounds 3 and 4 so will definitely be disappointed if I miss it.

up mup kupen nup Having somehow won (shared) a divisional title last season (despite using the last week’s event as a practice session and shooting +61 😳) I feel obliged to throw my hat in for this season. Scores will appear here in due course. Who knows what they will be 😂😂

I do not think I can put into words how little I enjoyed playing round one. It is a good-looking course, well finished, but there are way too many holes which give you two ways to go, neither of which is safe. Either you have to hit a perfect shot to a spot with danger all around, or the "safe" play is many many yards further away from the green and may have a crappy line in. I will finish the tournament only to get the K/E last-place points.

OK I am done up mup kupen nup, let nobody call me a quitter. I hated every minute of it, and I believe that is the worst 72 hole score I have ever shot at any TGC Tours event, but I will hope for better next week.  |
