I didn’t see a link to what Beer league is and how it works...mainly interested if this doesn’t use Master tempo, as I’ve gone from shooting mid-60s to mid-80s post patches. Just not enjoying the game when I can’t compete at all

Pro settings instead of master but all the other settings the same as CC. Different course and setup than the other tours and there is a cut line

Just not enjoying the game when I can’t compete at all Pro difficulty. Cutline is 60% of the field make the cut after two rounds. Not a part of the tiered tour format as there is just one Beer League tour. Outside of the WGR rankings. If you want to go back to the regular tours you have to wait 4 weeks after playing Beer League and then would need to re-qualify for the main tours through Q-School. To sign in to Beer League, go to the main site and click the profile icon in the upper right. At the bottom your will see: "PLEASE ADD ME TO THE BEER LEAGUE (THIS REVOKES ANY TOUR CARD EARNED)" and a box to check if you wish to do that.

I played in the Beer League for a long time. Decided to give the regular tours a try...just as these updates came out. I never really competed in Beer League at all, but still had fun playing in some of the events. Might head back there if things don't get better in my CC rounds.

Some very good players in the Beer League which is why tgctours.proboards.com/thread/25645/brew-crew was founded. Using the Beer League rounds making a competition within a competition for all abilities with a bit of added fun also (extra Society round, match play knock outs on individual systems, The Cyder Cup etc) and a lively, fun thread.

There are still people shooting in the -40s in Beer League. I get a regular score and ex0ect to make the cut, but usually don't!

It was not exactly fun for a PC mouser like me in CC, but with the new swing, I just can't post anything under par. Just boring and my only hope with this master swing would be to play the par. It's a fun challenge but that just means I would be cut each week, so why compete ?
How do you quit form CC and sign to Beer league ?
Thanks

At the bottom of your profile from the main TGCTours page, there's a checkbox for adding to Beer league. I think you click that and you're good to go. May take a week before you're entered in your first tournament

Some big names decamping to the Beer League lately I see. I’m playing both levels, Pro for pleasure, Master for the TGCT grind!!
If you want a bit of extra banter drop by The Brew Crew in Societies and Communities.
We try to give a bit of added value to your Beer League rounds 🍻

Hey jsch333 nice to meet you. What system do you play on? I play on the Xbox Series X, I want to say I can make most of the cuts but then again sometimes I suck. I enjoy playing in the Beer League as that is where my golf ability lies and there are great people playing there.

Guess I made the cut in the first event I played since I played all 4 rounds, didn't even know there would be a cut. Worst thing for me is putting. I usually don't post to boards or discord on other societies but I'm trying to more. Most times I play are Thursday Friday Saturday and maybe Tuesday mornings. Can't play most the rest of the week with my work schedule and being out of town.
