Is the Playstation controller easier than others? I read about it once that it is because it has more forgiving axis' then the Xbox controller does, which is more accurate.

I don’t think the PS4 controller is any easier. The Xbox controller thumbstick placement is optimal for pulling back and pushing forward in a straight line. I find that if my swing plane is off it’s me that’s applying too much downward pressure on the stick

Also on PS4 Pro my swing lines are all over the place with the DS4 controller. I tend not to play much on on the console now as it is hard to adjust tempo when switching platforms back and forth.

Just switched to PS from XB and agree that thumb space is a luxury I miss, especially putting. Glad I was the only one finding myself pushing down instead of forward. Hard to compare a new controller to my four year old one in terms of fluidity, though.
The button & triggers are frustratingly awkward in designer compared to XB, for me.
