A revealing round this week, as we all struggle with Masters swing in other societies, and hack and slash our way round some courses. But here at Pro level, we find ourselves scoring quite consistently.
Your scoreboard is updated, and the standings are as follows!
1st : Teams 1 & 7 with full marks so far! 30 points 3rd : Teams 4,5,6,8 with 20 points 7th : Team 10 on 10 points
leaving the others with zero
3 more non playing rounds this week SMB_Hoppy waldini1985xclgizman08 who all received an average score plus 5 strokes. 1 who made contact early to say he couldn't play gets just the average.
This weeks course is a bit of a bad choice on my behalf. Xbox users will find the 13th on rd 2 unable to putt and you'll be forced to take a 12....sorry, but we're all in the same boat.

Might I suggest to just stick to courses that have been approved in the TGCTours database as those have all been at least vetted for the minimum of standards. Doubtful the hole 13 glitch would've been uncovered unless the course was actually play-tested by one of the rangers for tour play. I am not positive, but I don't think the course reviewers play all of the pin sets. They likely play one or two and then determine playability. There are a lot of courses that get rejected for various reasons, one being auto-generated fairways and planting in or too close to playable fairways..
This week's course looked very much auto-gen with some fluff added. Not a fan of tree grouping in the middle of an already tight fairway right at the land points..
Anyway, it is what it is, fortunately I was cruising along pretty well and still ended up under par overall for the 2 rounds despite taking the max on that hole..

I had the glitch at hole 13th on second round as well. I quit the round there and came here to report it, just to find the past messages explaining the same. At least I was not alone I just had to tap the ball in the hole, it apparently falls in but then you have to play the same shot over and over again, with the ball kind of floating above the hole, and until stroke limit is announced and you cash a +8 or similar. What should we do?
We are all up to date. A few no shows again this week, contact has been made and at least one will return next week.
I am acutely aware of the issues going on in other societies around Masters and Swing Timing, so have setup a 'test' society called PANDORA SINGLES with an interesting setup. It's only on XBOX at the moment, but swing timing off, LEGEND skill level and some options changed around. Please, join up, have a look, play if you like. There is no competition in there, just a free for all to see how people get on.
