Not many people know, Pete Dye loved to vacation in the Maldives. 21 days to the deadline and I will be plenty busy. Oh and we have a name - Bungalow Beach Club    Also... come on... obviously we will be throwing overwater floating love shacks all over this place jwfickett |

I just returned from a vacation in Maldives (yes lucky me), so looking forward to seeing this one when published. Nice, seems like a beautiful piece of the world for sure. Seeing as there is no actual golf there outside of a very small par 3 course, I was able to really make it my own when given this country. Definitely leaning into the "lowest elevated country in the world" vibes around my course. Was sure to not go above 16 feet above sea level at any part of it, so the challenge has been to make it seem like a huge deal when even going up 5-10 feet at a time. Hope you enjoyed your trip. Thanks for checking in on the project. |
