I shot a -14, -24 in CC this week but this seems to have been a hard course as this was in the top 30 when I finished. The bigger thing for me is that I have started to be able to make some double break putts;

Hope Dave doesn't mind me posting this here, but I currently have 2 spots available in the BOB NFL Fantasy league. I think OldManGaming606 is taking one of them. Committed players only please. You play out the season and get a team out no matter how you're doing or you get removed and don't get invited back! I can fill the other spot quite easily but I'll recruit from here first. There's actually only about 5 BOB players in it, would be nice to get another. Reigning champ is Chief BanksPM me if you want in. Alan, send me your email address. Last message on this (sorry Dave!). I have one spot available and would love another BOB player to join. No worries if not, I can fill it. I'll leave it until Friday night, if I've had no takers by then I'll go elsewhere.

WEEK 14 COMPLETED.....Congrats to the winners this week....Alpha - wobekillin -35 Bravo - lowtoe -25 Charlie - thetaffman -20 Delta - paulm912 therayaka -12 BAND OF BROTHERS DIVISION TABLEWent into this week with no range balls (partly due to time) and didn't play too badly for the most part. Had a few putts that did not behave but that is normal for me. Really enjoyed the course from start to finish and it was really good on the eyes. Planting was really good too. This final week this season will be the course everyone has been begging for (not really). Stillwater Point (Major) by b101 anchors the the 13th season and its a four round extravaganza of birdies and bogies with a touch of pain and suffering. Thinking about gifting an Xbox gift card to the winner (if you can beat me by 20 strokes). Playing all four pins, tees, and a variety of conditions. I am going to be sharp as a tack and feel I can perhaps compete with the 20 strokes. Now if someone puts up a -50 burger...I'm pretty much done. Good luck this week and have fun with this challenging course.

My enthusiasm is now completely gone from this game. I have just been playing my bob rnds and tgc and not caring what so ever how I score. With Stillwater point being this week course there’s no way I am putting myself through 4 rnds of that bs. Sorry not sorry 🤣🤣

Funny, with more time on my hands I have been playing more and really enjoying the game.

I played the first round last night and had to really rally to save some pars and had 6 birdies during the round. I had not played this focused in some time. It was a very enjoyable -3 finish after one. Had a few errors in judgement that cost me some strokes but that is on me. I should of advised that horusphoenix was excluded from my challenge. Would feel a lot better has a kept my 3 bogies off the card but we'll carry on. The course is stiff test for sure and may be too much endure for the average or or lower player because it teeters between what some people consider fair or not, which is a matter of opinion. But there is nothing bad about having to play a course that will force you to play a little differently and exercise some thought. To lay up or not, to shot shape, to not pin seek, or should I hit driver off the tee. Whatever decision you make impacts the next, either positively or negatively. Anyway, we can pick back up to shooting 10 minute, 18 under rounds next week.

Honestly. The tougher courses are the best ones. I'd rather have a challenge than a shootout where the top guys are shooting -70. At least only being 5 - 10 strokes behind instead of 20 - 30 feels better for me.

Great challenge. If that were a US Open Course top players may not break par.

Just choice of wrong shots on certain holes I hit several putts from miles away and shots within tap in range which surprised me. Last week I finally started using skill points. It helps especially with yardage gain with driver. My scores on legend sim have probably dropped 1.5 - 2 strokes a round.

I enjoyed the course...mostly! Lol I had a blow up hole n pretty much every round which hurt me. Finally made it under par in round 4! Def could've benefited from a couple practice rounds but my time has been limited. I agree with Semsi...I'd much rather play a tougher course than a birdie fest. I thought rhino was getting soft with a lot of the courses lately. He made up for it with this one though!
I may be interested in that fantasy league if a spot is still open, and you don't communicate through forums! Haha...sorry I just don't get on here as much.

Week 15 completed....season over thetaffman can finalize the division winners but I think each one of them was a foregone conclusion. Congrats to the winners this week:Alpha - wobekillin -41 Bravo - @linkster41 -23 Charlie - ss11 +6 Delta - ss11 +21 BAND OF BROTHERS DIVISION TABLEWhile the signed scorecards do not reflect success in most people's eyes but I was pretty happy for the most part on how I played this week. For 54 holes I was par or better including 19 birdies. On 18 holes, not so much. There were a few diaper fires along the way but in all I thought I could hang within 20 of the winner. As each round started I felt keeping up slipping further away from reality. I had thought nobody would break -35 so kudos to wobekillin for breaking -40. This week we will wipe the slate clean and start again for another season. Hopefully we get some news about a new game soon. We will start this season this week with San Paladino by mmallahan who is man after my own heart. This guy sure knows how to publish. Going to be some slick greens in the first round. Tight fairways throughout with varying winds await you. Welcome to season 14. Good luck this week.
