It was very surprising and satisfying to finally capture a TGCT major after all these years (including a half-decade hiatus). Last week was another outstanding showing for Xbox and BoB, too. Wobe earned his first Platinum win, while Chalkey and I shared 3rd place. Additionally, Wobe and Chalkey dominated the Olympic qualifying event, so they will compete for a medal, joining Bubz, Horus, Rac Em, SubtleBees, Ronny, Hendomedes, Chinatown, and me in (virtual) Paris this week.

WEEK 12 COMPLETED.... CONGRATS THE WINNERS THIS WEEK:Alpha - wobekillin -34 Bravo - r0nrun -23 Charlie - OldManGaming606 -24 Delta - RHMIII - 11 BAND OF BROTHERS DIVISION TABLEWhat I presumed to be an easier week didn't pan out as I thought. Just cannot putt worth a damn. Really enjoyed the course playing it all the way through. Simple and clean and it was a really an enjoyable course, despite the lack of scoring on my part. Royal New Kent by metatropic is the next stop this season and this course is really well done. While the default lighting fits the course very well I didn't want to play two rounds with it. Easy breezes through the event should garner some scoring opportunities if you can get near the pins on the approaches. Going to play this week and two more before doing a reset while we wait to see what is happening (or not happening) with the next title. Hopefully that perks my interest a bit as we muddle through the dog days of summer. Too address the elephant in the room......BoB has went above and beyond for Mark offering real life golf information and how it translates to this game while also offering tips and tricks from experience in an effort to help improve his game and possible his enjoyment in playing it. Quite often this was met with resistance and dispute instead of a "thank you, I will try that.". That is fine, that is his choice and we have seen recently he can thank people. When the support and help stopped these weekly exchanges became more of a sideshow where support turned into memes and jokes which is not fair to him either. It was just time to move in a different direction for both sides.

If it means anything I restarted playing tours. Kicked it off by finishing close to the bottom of Plat last week. I don't have any excuses like the side spin doesn't work on the edge of a cup crap or a swaying tree made the game lag. I pretty much just stunk it up with the putter. Fore!

Played that course in such high winds we feared for our lives and spent 30 minutes hiding in a rest room.

Week 13 completed.... Congrats to the winners this week.... Alpha - chalkey84 -35 Bravo - xcltaff1980 lowtoe -27 Charlie - OldManGaming606 -25 Delta - RHMIII -20 BAND OF BROTHERS DIVISION TABLEStraight up this was one of the more fun courses I have played this season. Still putted like crap in spots but this course was a solid publish. Ended up -10 -5 for the event with the second round being being played over a few days so never really gathered much feel for the final 18 holes. Impressive scores on some greens that I thought were pretty challenging. Blackcomb by mmallahan is the next course which I wanted to schedule this awhile back but it went straight to tours pretty early after release. Very solid course and I hope we see more publishes like this in the future. Faster greens and some elements to contend with in the latter round. Looking forward to playing this one all the way through. There will be one more week of this season and then I will do a division adjustment and start a new season. Still no word on any new golf game that I have seen which is kind of disappointing, but we are somewhat used to that. Hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Daughter got engaged a few weeks ago so been spending alot of time working through all of those details (Mostly I stay out of it and referee disputes). Fun times. Been playing some more real golf these days and working on yard projects for a few hours here and there. With the long stretch of 90% humidity here its about all I can stand these days. Looking forward very much to fall weather and football, thats for sure. Good luck this week fellas.
