I am only in 4 or 5 societies and seen the same thing. For me Race for 2K was missing but I haven't done a hard reset yet. If you cannot join yet because of society slots that is fine and thanks for communicating that this is the issue. I think Jens is another one that is waiting for a slot to open form the 10 he had. Do you, or does anyone else know, if there is a way to delete a society that you have created. I started a society for someone on PlayStation who was trying to add an xbox side to his society. The guy gave up and now that dead society is just sitting there and I can't get rid of it. Once created you can't delete it. You can kill it so nobody can play but it will always be on your list because you created it. |

Memberships
Alrighty.....we are coming down the stretch now for a new beginning. At last check I think we have everyone but 7 or 8 people who have requested to join and I believe most of those people are awaiting a society slot. So we should be good to go with the original roster. The door is still open for people to join and hopefully if people are happy with the society setup, the courses, the social aspect, and so on we can keep growing with the right people in place.
Red Fast
As pretty much everyone knows the game changed massively a few days ago with the red fast nerf. I am hoping that this doesn't create a nose dive in participation here but time will tell. I personally think the nerf is a little much on specialty shots like pitches, flops, ect but its something we all will have to adapt to. With that aside there is no plan to swap around people in their companies before the start of this first season. Based on how this ends up playing out, the end results may end up balancing the numbers per company out a bit more in upcoming seasons.
Scheduling:
Considering that most people may end up struggling for a few weeks with the swing changes I am not going to double down on stupidity when it comes to the course settings. The courses should all be fairly solid but extreme winds and ridiculous green speeds just will not be in the cards the first two weeks. The first major in week three will be a good challenge as created but will have a variety of setups for each round. You should notice it what I mean by this. Once we get to week four hopefully people have settled in and there may be some rounds that will have some bite to them. I plan on having a mix of current courses, older courses, and pre-2K21 courses on the schedule and will try to continue to pull from different themes, designers (well known and underappreciated), and difficulty levels. Every course scheduled has been tested to a point where I felt comfortable releasing it. If we get a bad pin here or there don't expect any apologies. We play it, we move on.
Event Results
I will try to have the results completed Monday night after each event or Tuesday latest. Paul Davies much to my surprise created a kickass spreadsheet for this society. Many thanks go to him. I have not spent alot of time tinkering with it just yet but once this goes live there will be a link to the sheet (my hope) on the original post. More on this later.
I am going to put up the schedule for the first few week here shortly and put a brief post about the courses once they are up. Stay tuned.

Week 1 BROTHERS IN ARMS SHOWDOWN Baculum Trail by toddfatherThis is a WCOD entry by one of our Brothers. This former Xbox legend was caught behind enemy lines in the Battle of Platforms several years ago and was forced to leave his former life behind and now call The Dirty Ankle Mafia his home of choice, even though they too learned he was not really black. While is no longer with us, he will never be forgotten although most of his courses are moments after playing them.  In all seriousness this is a great course and I have been saving this one for the first week of this inaugural season because he still supports us low life Xbox guys from time to time. Thanks Curtis for the course and good luck in WCOD contest. Week 2 THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION OPEN Coos Golf Ground (Hanis) by jivesinatorAnother WCOD entry from this year. Jives has always been someone you can rely on to pump out some really good courses with character on the greens and this one doesn't disappoint. I was looking for a linky-looking course when filling this spot and this one really fit the ticket. Best of luck to you in the WCOD contest John. Week 3 THE FREEDOM ALLIANCE MAJOR CHAMPIONSHIP Prestige Pines by sharky21This one is a ported course from 2K19 from the Olympic Major Design contest last year. This guy may not be as well known as most designers but everything he puts out is solid gold starting all the way back with Razorback Ridge from 2018. Oregon Trail might be one of favorite courses of all time. If anyone has some free time to play some odd rounds please give his portfolio a once over. You will challenged and not disappointed. While this may not of won the Major design contest, it will proudly be hosting our first major of the season... Cheers. |

Would just like to point out why I’m not in any of the cc tours , I used to be in ccd ccb cca, but found it pointless couldn’t compete with PS4 so stopped,

The tours listing is really only for my benefit when I started putting this together. In your case being a long time part of the group its a total non-issue.
Being on tours helps me access at least a little bit where you should be in comparison to the groups and if you should even get accepted.
